Earth work excavation for foundation soil as per SS 20 B for foundation.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm HBG metal including all labour charges for filling etc complete.

Brick work in cement mortor 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 8 3/4 x 4 1/4 x 2 3/4 including cost and conveyance of all materials of all materials to site and labour charges etc. complete

Foundation and basement

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, and curing etc complete

Ground floor superstructure

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing granolethic floor finish ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete

Fabricating, supplying and erecting A type iron Truss made up of 100 x 50 mm M.S tube Two at roof top 5.80 m length another at bottom 10.00 m length The height of the ridges is 1.50m .The intermediate and slope isto be same as 100x50mm M.S tube necessary clit plate are provided on truss top at an appropiriated places and two numbers of 300 x 230 x 16 mm M.S. Guesset plate are welded at end of the iron truss. necessary holes are provided in the guesset plate for connecting the vertical post. the special type truss may be erected on top of the vertical post in correct alignment of position used with hydralic power crane of including cost of heavy type bolt, nut washers etc complete And including cutting, drilling, Grinding, power consumption charges etc., complete the iron membrs are painted with one coat of anticorrosive sincromate primer and two coat of best enamel paint, loading and unloading transportation charges and any other incidental charges etc., complete.

Supplying,fabricating and fixing of Iron purline made with 100 x 50 mm M.S Tube and necessary holes,clit plates are provided on the M.S Tube at an appropriate places as directed . And including cost of bolt,nut,washrs etc,. Complete The iron members are painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of enamel paint. The rate is including cost of welding, drilling and fixing the purline with correct alignment in position and including cost of Loading, unloading, Transportation charge and any other I.C etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing colour galvalume sheet roof of 0.47mm thick and fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction & Maintenance Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for overall quoted amount (Both Construction and Maintenance) above this row in column "BB" for all works in this package} (Refer Clause 1 & 14 of Section 2 of Instruction to Bidders (ITB) of SBD)
