ALTERNTOR 62.5 KVA, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50 C/S 0.8 Power factor, 1500 RPM Self excited, self regulated, screen protected alternator brush less manufactured as per I.S 4722 and or the latest I.S specification with all standard accessories as supplied by manufacturer. Make: Crompton / Stamford / Jyoti / NGEF/ Kirloskar ARRANGEMENT Engine and alternator, as above should be fixed on suitable base frame of sturdy design made of channels with necessary reinforcement to take the load of engine and alternator and provided with 8 Nos. dunlop make antivibrating pads. AMF PANEL The AMF Panel shall be totally enclosed dead front pattern, mounted within sound proof enclosure, as per standard specification of manufacturer duly painted with synthatic paint. The panel shall be complete with all internal wiring, Cable glands, removeable side panel for easy access and locking arrangement to prevant tempering and having by pass arrangement for isolating the panel from main supply for carrying out maintenance / repair to control panel suitable automatic transfer switch suitablly rated for continous 3 Phase supply duly double throw mechanically held and electrically operated having inter locking arrangement to ensure only one position. IP rating of acoustic panel IP-54.

The canopy of generator shall be sound proof ( Accoustic ) enclosure suitable for 62.5 KVA diesel generating set complete in all respect having following specification / features :- Fabricated as per standard specification of manufactures Stuffing done with Rock wool of 96 KG / CUM density and 100 mm thickness. Rock wool supported with Tissue paper and perforated sheets of 1.6 mm thickness having 0.5 mm holes. Residential type silencer provided to lower the noise of exhaust outlet, noise level 1.00 Mtr. 73.5 db. Canopy treated for anti rust with duco paint with primer and colour compound. Fresh air inflor and proper ventilation. Modular in construction and provided with lockable doors. The generating set with AMF panel and sound proof canopy shall be complete in all respect.
