Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position, sunken floor not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding on roof slab of required thickness for levelling the surface of roof slab, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing roof treatment of any description in patches viz. tarfelt or membrane surface or roof tiles etc. including grubbing up of tree roots and removing all the debris to a distance not exceeding 100m and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove all loose dirt / dust etc and applying the following roof treatment complete all as specified by Manufacture's instruction and as directed:- (a) Applying Ist course of treatment with 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound @ 200ml per bag of cement over concrete surface . (b) Applying 2nd course of treatment with bituminious primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 litre /sqm over the screed bed. (c) Applying 3rd course of treatment with a coat of binding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 degree celsius applied at the rate of @ 1.2 kg/sqm. (d) Applying 4th course of treatment with APP (Atactic polypropylene) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap by forced / torch application all as per Manufacture's instructions. (e) Applying 5th course of treatment with a coat of bonding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 degree celicious applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm over APP membrane, (f) Applying 6th course of treatment with one coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 Litre / sqm on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down the existing water proofing treatment from wall of any description including cement /lime mortar rendering and cleaning the surface with water and applying 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50kg of cement, cleaning and preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying the following water proofing treatment all as specified by Manufacture's instruction and as directed (a) Applying 1st course of treatment with bituminous (oil based) primer confirming to IS-3384 @ 0.4 litre /sqm over the screed bed. (b) Applying 2nd course of treatment with a coat of binding material with blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heating to working temperature of 180 degree Celsius and applied @ 1.2 kg/sqm. (c) Applying 3rd course of treatment with APP (Atactic polypropylene) based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3.6 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap by forced / torch application as per Manufacture's instructions. Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of PGI / CGI / Galvalume sheets of any description as in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick corrugated (including coated thickness) pre-colour pre- profiled (Galvalume/zinkalume) sheets of required colour and design having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof sheeting/sunshade/ wall cladding, north light curves, fixed with zinc coated self drilling fastener including EPDM washer complete laid with one corrugation side laps and min 150mm end lap laid to slope all as per manufacturer / profile maker instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. not exceeding 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10Kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel') complete all as specified and as directed

S&F mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality-B all as specified and as directed
