Taking down Cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., and removal from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar incl all quions arches, pillar or any other descrption etc complete including disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal/ wooden frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Repairing the edges of concrete chajjas, facias, slabs, columns & the like by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 including all necessary form work and rendering 15 mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar (1:3), after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/ Sq. m of surface, finished even and fair, surface area not exceeding 450 mm wide, in patches including taking down swoolen/damaged plaster or concrete complete all as specified.

Rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceiling/soffits of slabs/Chajja/ Sunshade finishing the plastered surface even & smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on other than fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces etc mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.
