Demolition of Plain cement concrete including floor tiles in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, laid in panels including finishing the concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling/ china mosaic including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour vitrified ceramic tiles 8 to 10mm thick, light shade as approved, polished area of each tiles n. exc. 0.36 Sqm (square/ rectangular) in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti-termite treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 ltr per Sqm of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one ltr per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with CM (1:2) (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand) to match the existing floors and making good disturbed portion etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 ltr per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for providing at points of contact for wood work by chemical (chlorophyriphos 20 EC or lindane 20 EC) ISI marked emulsion (mixing 1% oil or kerosin based solution by weight of chlorophyriphos) @ 0.5 ltr per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a down ward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same and making good disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed.
