A-Civil Work

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil loam clay or sand including lift upto 1.50 metre and lead upto 30 Mtr. Including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches of into the space between the building and the sides of foundati trenches or into the plinth and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches(Excluding Royalty)..As per DSR 2.6.1

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavtion to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 mtr. In depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. Layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including 1.5 meter lift and 30 meter lead the earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil bank within 30 meter distance as directed by Engineer incharge.with 5.0.km cortege As per DSR 2.25(a)

Concrete with 4 cm gauge brick ballast fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement in proportion of 1:4:8 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.As per DSR No.4.1.8

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering , finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).As per DSR-5.3

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm thick cement plaster with cement, and fine sand of 1:25 F.M Mortar in 1:4 cement and fine sand morar including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. in complete. As per DSR. No.13.4.1
