Sch 'A' Part - XII : Fittings / Fixtures & Misc items. INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix 15mm bore angle cock cast copper alloy fancy type chromium for pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix brass CP Two way Bib tap and health faucet cast copper alloy fancy type, screwed down for iron pipe suitable for 15mm dia bore of pipe complete all as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 15mm bore kitchen sink tap, brass chromium plated dual flow pattern with silicon black flexible hose swivel type complete all as specified and as directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix TPN Vertical Distribution board 4 Way, Protection class IP-43 Double door suitable for MCCB as incomer TP, DP/SP MCB as outgoing with tinned copper bus bar, neutral link earth link complete in all respects all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Reading bed side light 3/5 watt white with this collection of adjustable LED bedside lights, 220 Volts, Total 150 Lumens, PF > 0.95, CRI > 80 colour temperature 2700 to 6500K, high voltage protection, easy installation clips for user-friendly installation, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including retrofit LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix modular TV socket, one module complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for wiring with unarmoured coaxial cable RG-11 in concealed with PVC conduit 25mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

ROAD Material and labour for providing and applying 2mm thick road marking strips (Retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, Glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil. grease and foreign materials etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L for construction of brick masnory valve pit chamber of size 900mm x 900mm x 1000mm (internal dimensions) using sub class 'B' old size bricks built in CM 1:4 including base concrete PCC 1:4:8 mix, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick, plastering with CM 1:4, 10mm thick internally and externally including provision of 5mm thick MS sheet cover fixed with 50x50x6mm angle iron embedded in PCC 1:2:4 mix, type B1 coping 100mm thick including painting to steel and iron work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil complete with locking arrangement lifting handles all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix moulding compound street light junction box of size 250 mm x 250 mm x 160mm complete with shock and rust proof , front openable type and including suitable provision for three phase, four wire cable incoming & outgoing loop -in loop connection and including one No. MCB SP 6 Amp including fixing clamps (30x4mm) and GI nut bolts and washers of suitable size and fixed on pole / wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtain from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255 1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Material and labour for Cable route indicator showing " LT UG Cable" and route of cable with arrow made of CI in suitable elliptical/round shape and fixed on angle iron 40x40x6mm, 800mm long painted in Blue Colour with two coats of synthetic enamel paint cover a coat of red oxide primer duly embedded in PCC block (0.40x0.40x0.40)mtr including in ground and 0.15mtr above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, multistranded, three core,1100 volts grade for connecting from loop in - loop out box to street light fitting complete all as directed.

ELECTRIC CHIMNEY:- Supply and fix commercial Electric chimney 18 feet (6 feet x 3 Nos) with exhaust wall mount hood SS 202 grade fabricated filter removale washable, and suction power not less than 1500m3/hr capacity , centrifugal 3 phase blower motor, starter, minimum noise level Complete system with all necessary hardware accessories, outlet of exhaust duct hood etc and fixed in position including plugin arangement complete installation to make functional of the system complete all as specified and as directed.

COOLING APPLIANCES:- Supply and install refrigerators, electric driven (single phase), capacity more than 310 Litres upto to 360 Litres, BEE 5 star rated complete with installation and testing all as specified and directed.

Supply and install water cooler (Ozone based) most superior water purification technology, ionization, microprocessor controlled electronic system, industrial model with dispenser to ensure the precise operation and ABS (acrylonitrile butadene styrene) material HIMA 7 NHC on line purifier cum normal, hot and cold flow rate 125 liter / hour complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer 2 KVA range 140 to 280 Volts, output voltage 230 volts AC supply 50 HZ having low and high voltage protection, intelligent time delay system, input & Output voltage display, wall mounting type including mounting accessories time delay 180 seconds +/- 20 seconds as initial time delay complete all as specified and as directed.
