Taking down shutter exc 1. Sqm but not exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing PVC door frame (50x47) mm made out of plain colour 5 mm thich PVC Sheet reinforced with MS Square Tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

Taking down existing unserviceable water closet and S&F Vitreous china, white, Squatting pan ,'Orrisa' pattern size 580x440mm with integral footrests water closet) , front or back inlet complete , connection to drain pipe and to flushing pipe , antisyphonage pipe etc complete including making good to floor to match with the exisitng all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing unserviceable wash down water closet with seat cover and S&F Vitreous China white wash down water closet ( padestal pattern) , including fixing bolts, plastic closet seat, black, closed pattern with recessed bottom and cover and mild steel CP hinging device, including connection to drain pipe, and to flushing pipe and antisyphonic pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel sink 1 mm thick for kitchen, with plug waste pipe washers incl cantilever cast iron brackets, connecting union to waste pipe etc including bedding in cement mortor on to dwarf wall overall size 495x420mm with bowl size 410mm x 330mm x160mm with 40 dia mm CP waste coupling complete all as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed based 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl cutting polishing and rubbing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or Rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 41 but on skirtings incl 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified coloured glossy finish tiles 8-9mm thick (square/rectangular) polished size 1200mm x 600mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm th screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto above item No 43 but on skirting including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles 600mmx300mm to 7 mm thick as in vertical surfces set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement incl backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4 all as direced.

M&L for 50 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. .

Demolition of brick work or stone work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches , pillers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks ( old size) straight or curved in plan exc 6 m mean radius , built in CM 1:4 Comlete ass as specified and directed

Do as per item No 48 except brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 16-18mm thick black granite on kitchen platform and similar work over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laid over sand stone slab machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair PVC waste pipes for WHB/Urinal and sink complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggragate as in as sub base of interlocking/chequred tiles all as specifiedall as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and incl 25 mm thick sand cushion vibrated with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 300X300X25 mm thick jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in with grey pigmenet and pigment over and including screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete type B-0,1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in surface finish complete all as specified and directed.
