Complete dismantling Beocon make split casing 50HP capacity model SDCC 125150 cooling water pumps recondition with consumable spares like wear rings, shaft sleeves, bearings, O rings and assembling and test run. 3. Dis mantling of pump with motor of Dewatering pump capacity 180HP and replacement of sleeve nut of shaft and re assembly and test run. 4. Decoupling of motor of drainage pump of capacity 75HP and replacement of bearing with new one and assembly and test run.

The prospective Bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor at least one similar work of value not less than RS 2.00 lakhs. In any reputed Industry/PSU/Government organization in a single work order in the preceding five years (i.e2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-2025, 2025-2026 & 2026-27). In proof of this, the bidder should submit work order/work completion/work done certificate issued by competent authority. (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring the current price level of 2026-27).
Indenting bidder should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs4.00 Lakhs in the last five financial years (i.e 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-2025, 2025-2026 & 2026-27). Turn over certificate duly signed by the charted account shall be furnished. (Weightage of 10% per year shall be given to bring them to the price level of the current FY in which the tenders are invited).

Servicing of Cooling Water Pumps of Unit-1:
Scope of work: Complete dismantling 50HP pump replacement of damaged spares and assembling and test run of the pump.
Replacement of damaged bearing of Drainage Pump ‘B’ (75 HP capacity) Scope of work: Dismantling of pump up to discharges case, replacement of bearing supplied by dept and assembling and test run.
Replacement of loosened sleeve nut of Dewatering Pump ‘D’ (180 HP capacity)
Scope of work: Dismantling of pump till the head shaft, replacement of sleeve nut and assembling and test run.
