Plain cement concrete in open foundation complete all including vibrating and compacting, finishing, curing, sampling, testing etc. as per drawing and Technical Specifications (Reference to MORT&H's specifications 1500, 1700 & 2200). PCC Grade M15 with N.B.V. Stone chips

Epoxy bonding of new concrete to old concrete ( crack/spalling shall be sealed with epoxy injection/grouting coating of epoxy resin @ 0.80kg /sqm should be applied ) (Reference to MORT&H's specification 2805)

Plain cement concrete in open foundation complete all including vibrating and compacting, finishing, curing, sampling, testing etc. as per drawing and Technical Specifications (Reference to MORT&H's specifications 1500, 1700 & 2200). RCC Grade M25 with N.B.V. Stone chips

Supplying, binding, fixing etc. including initial straightening, cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper postion of uncoated HYSD reinforcement bar in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications (Reference to MORT&H's specification 1600 &2200) .

PLUM CONCRETE (1:3:6) Plain cement concrete of nominal mix (1:3:6 ) with coarse aggregate of which stone boulder of size 225 mm to 150mm of 60% of total dry volume to be placed in position as directed by Eng-in charge ,67% - 40 mm down single &33% - 20 mm down bazri , Coarse Sand ,Cement (53 grade) mechanically mixed in 1:3:6 of rest volume and placed in position and compacted by any means as directed including cost of shuttering .

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete including spriklring water and throughly compacted with plate compactor/power rammer in layers not exceeding 150mm compacted thickness as per drawing and Technical Specification (710.1.4 of IRC:78 & MoRTH's specification 2200) With Granular Materials

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC/PVC/HDPC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and TechnicalSpecifications (Reference to MORT&H's specifications 2706 & 2200).

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 (Reference to MoRT&H's specification clause 305).

By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing graded materials such as natural sand/ crushed gravel/crushed stone/ combination depending upon the required grading , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve at least 98% of the maximum dry density for the material determined as per IS:2720 (Part 8), complete as per clause 401 desired density, complete as per clause 401 Rate per cum for grading-V Material

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate conforming to the grading of table 400- 13 revised vide table 2 of IRC : 109 (2015) to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density .The thickness of a single compacted layer shall not be less than 75 mm.(Reference to MoRT&H's specification 406.

Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with cationic bitumen emulsion SS1 grade conforming to IS:8887 on prepared porous granular surface including clearing of road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 502). Using Cataionic Bitumen Emulsion SS-1 grade

Tack Coat Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen Emulsion (MS) using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom (Reference to MoRT&H's Specification Clause 503).On Granunar surface treated with primer surface. on granular surface treated with primer @ 0.20 Kg/sqm

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0% (min.) for Grading 1 & 4.5% (min.) for Grading 2 by weight of total mix and filler(Cement /lime / Rock dust ), transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 505.4 complete in all respects (Reference to MORT&H's specification clause 505). With Pakur Variety Stone Chips for Grading 2 (26.5 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete (Pakur Variety) Providing and laying bituminous concrete with (100-120 TPH )batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggts of specific grading premixed with approved bituminous binder @ 5.2%(min) for gr-I and 3.4%(min) for Gr-Iias per table 500-17, andmix design done as per table 500-10. cl.505.3.3 and filter ( cement / hydrated lime / rock dust ) , transported to site, laid over a previously prepared base with paver finisher to the required grade, level alignment and rolled as per clauses 507.3.5 complete in all respects ( Reference to MORT&H,s specification clauses 507) Grading 2 13.20 mm nominal size maximum aggregates layer thickness- 40 mm Using VG-40

Road Delineators Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80- 100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC-79 and the drawings (Reference to MORT&H's specification 806).

Type -B, "THRIE" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier a)providing and erecting a "Thrie" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 85 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 2.0 m high, 1.15 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments toe galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm,546 mm long complete as per clause 811.
