Disconnecting water and electric connections of submersible pump/motor, lifting from bore hole, transporting to work shop, dismantling to Submersible Pump 20 HP Capacity carrying out Repair/Maintenance Work, replacement of unserviceable spare parts including necessary cutting, grinding, drilling, machine work for fixing spare parts etc and re-assembling to same, returning back after repair, reinstalling/lowering in original position, reconnecting water and electric connection including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. . Note:- (i) Defective spare parts shall be replaced with New spare and shall be measued & paid seprately under respective item of this shedule as "Supply" only. But Fixing charges (Labour element) shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item without any extra cost.

Dismantling to existing unserviceable electric driven submersible motor (MAKE : CALAMA/KIRLOSKAR) of 20 HP, 3 phase, 440 volts, 50 Hz and taking out complete burnt wire from the slots, cleaning the slots and rewinding electric motor with PVC insulated super enamel copper winding wire of suitable gauge/size and quantity including applying insulating varnish, drying etc including replacement of unserviceable spares like bearing, terminal plate etc and testing insulating strength and all accessories etc and re-assembling to the same motor after repair work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge..Note :- (i) Make for PVC insulated winding wire :--- FINOLEX / HAVELLS / PLAZA / RALLISON.
