Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring for light/fan/bell/sockets 5/15 Amps complete with accessories as switches,Sockets, holders,ceiling roses, regulators, light fittings, switch boards etc and removing from site complete and making good the disturbed surface of wall/ceiling and matching with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing sub main wiring aluminium/copper 4/6sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with single core fire retardant low smoke, PVC insulated, unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5sqmm along with 1.5sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated earth wire drawing through & including PVC conduit pipe (medium grade) terminal boxes,joint boxes, sheet metal concealed boxes and front plate with base frame for mounting modular type of switches, sockets or fan regulators etc for the One light point/one fan point controlled by one switch.

All as per item No.3 here in before but one socket outlet 5 amps controlled by one switch on independent board.

All as per item No.3 here in before but wiring with 2.5 sqmm copper wire and 1.5sqmm earth wire for socket out let 6/16 Amps on independent board.

S&F modular switch flush type, 6 amps one way,SP,230 volts, AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F modular switch flush type, 16 amps one way,SP,230 volts , AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F modular socket outlet 6 amps 2&3 pin combined ,230 volts, AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F modular socket outlet 6/16 amps 3 pin combined,230 volts AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan/cabin fan/Wall fan/Exhaust fan of any size & make, sealing cable ends, dismanling blades,removing fans& blades to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only exhaust fan/cabin fan/Wall fan and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose to connector block complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sub main wiring with 4 runs of single core (FRLS) PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 volts grade, with multi stranded copper conductor of 4 sqmm along with earth wire of 4 sqmm with same specification drawing through existing surface/concealed conduit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The four run of 4 Sqmm wire, one run of 4 Sqmm earth wire and one run PVC conduit pipe will be measured as one unit.

Taking down carefully by disconnecting, sealing cable ends of addressable/conventional heat & smoke detector, manual call point, response indicator etc & refixing, connecting with existing wires including testing the same in to their original position to make the system fully functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair LED luminaire 600 mm x 600 mm ( 2' x2' LED fittings), 35/36 watt, 220 V AC recessed/surface mounted type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair round shape LED down lights 6 watt, 220 volts, AC, recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with drivers, holders, LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair LED flood light 30/45 watt 230 V AC indoor/outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp with all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of walls and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slab/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets cornices and snab grid any description, fixed in any position with scew and removing to rubbish out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of false ceiling in steps comprising of 12 mm thick Gypsum board including GI frame work for seamless ceiling made of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flages of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate cahnel 0.9mm thick having to equal flages of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at aprox 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expension fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flage of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips acroos teh intermediate channel at 457 mm center to centre including two coats of plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from the walls and applying Royal Texture painit of any tint from Asian paints over one coat of priming paint of any tint over Birla putty on walls including preparation of surfaces rubbing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
