ECHP-II- Upkeepment and attending breakdown and preventive mechanical maintenance of Conveyors-48A/B, RBFD-1A/1B, 61,64,72 73 for the period from 01.04.2026 to 30.09.2026.

Charges for clearing of coal / coal dust and foreign materials daily on walkways of both sides, return side under belt throughout conveyors, deck sheets, and tail end area etc. of conveyors 48A/48B, RBFD 1A/1B, 64&61 and JT20,TT7,TT2 & Drive floors & Pump house including cost of consumables, T&P’s hire Charges and etc. complete.

Charges for changing the drive either from A to B or B to A drive and checking the hold back assembly for conveyors 72, 73, 64 and 61 including hire charges for T&Ps and cost of all required consumables and etc complete.

Charges for assisting works of providing belt joint / pulley lagging in conveyor 72 by take up tower counter weight arresting, belt clamping, removing and re-fixing 30 Nos. idler frames with idlers, normalizing the conveyor and trial run etc. including hire charges for T&P’s and cost of all required consumables and etc. complete.

Charges for assisting works of providing belt joint / pulley lagging in conveyor 73, RBFD 1A/1B, 48A/48B, 64 and 61 by take up tower counter weight arresting, belt clamping, removing and re-fixing 10 Nos. Idler frames with idler, normalizing the conveyor and trial run etc. including hire charges for TT&Ps and cost of all required consumables and etc. complete.

Charges for lifting and loading the fluid coupling / rotating assembly to drive frame, removing and assembling the auxiliaries with fluid coupling / rotating assembly, connection oil coolant inlet and outlet, scoop actuator assembly and fixing of solenoid valve, lifting and positioning on the frame in between gearbox and HT motors, alignment checkingin conveyor 72,73,48A/48B, 64 and 61 including hire charges for T&Ps and cost of all required consumables and etc complete.

Charges for removing the defective oil heat exchanger from its position, dismantling the oil heat exchanger top & bottom sides separated by cutting, heating the oil pipe line to remove sediments in all the pipe line 32 Nos. cleaning with water and rins with diesel, lifting, leading, positioning and commissioning the system, conveyors 72, 73, 48A, 48B, and 61 including hire charges for T&P’s and cost of all required consumables and etc. complete.

Charges for Bearing checking of pulleys & Plummer blocks of conveyors 72,73,48A/48B, RBFD 1A/1B, 64 and 61 by belt clamping and take up tower arresting and lessening the belt to the required level by using heavy duty chain blocks, lifting the pulley from its position, dismantling the bearings with sleeve and placing the pulley to its original position and free rotation checking, greasing, cover fixing, lowering the take up tower, releasing the chain block, belt clamps and trial run including hire charges for T&Ps and cost of all required consumables and etc complete.

Charges for arrangement made for replacing the pulley, providing chain block, slings arrangement, fixture readiness for bearing removal, belt clamps shifting to the required floor, pulley loading & unloading to the required floor, conveyor belt arresting at 3 places, take up tower lifting to 15 feets by manually operated chain block, cross beam arrangements made for lifting the pulley, removal of bearings from defective pulley, servicing the Plummer block bearings, positioning the spare pulley with Plummer blocks, alignment checking, greasing, cover fixing, rotation checking, releasing the belt clamps. Lowering the take up tower, normalizing, trail running of conveyors 72,73,48A/48B, RBFD 1A/1B, 64 and 61 including hire charges for T&P and cost of all required consumables and etc., complete.

Replacement of damaged oil seal in input pinion shaft of gear box model SDN 630/360 &250 and KZN 500 of conveyor 72,73,64,61, RBFD 1A/1B & 48A/48B charges for dismantling the multi discs, scoop actuator assembly, and fluid coupling assembly, cooling fan leading and lifting the input pinion shaft, inspecting the bearing, shaft, removing the hub and wornout oil seal providing new one, or both sides assembly the auxiliaries, alignment checking, trial run, monitoring the conveyor, including T&P’s hire charges and consumables and etc. complete.

Charges for dismantling the fluid coupling model SC10 SC12 from the drive motor and gearbox, oil draining lifting and lowering the assembly, dismantling the internal parts, removing the wornout oil seal, assembly by new one, checking the bearing, assembly the accessories oil filling, trial run, monitoring the conveyor including T&P’s hire charges, and consumables etc. complete.

Charges for transporting, loading the SS 304 10 mm thick liner plates from Stores, Unloading to respective discharge chutes of conveyor 72,73, RBFD 1A/1B & 48A/48B preparation of required size, removal of existing worn out liner plates, fixing by new one, scrap materials devoluted to stores, including cost of MS / SS welding electrodes, consumables and T&P’s hire charges and etc., complete.

Charges for transporting, loading the SS 304 10mm thick parent plates from Stores, Unloading to respective discharge chutes of conveyor 72,73, RBFD - 1A/1B & 48A/48B preparation of required size, removal of existing wornout parent plates, fixing by new one, scrap materials devoluted to stores, including cost of MS / SS welding electrodes, lead and lift, consumables and T&P’s hire charges and etc complete.

Charges for transporting, loading the respective idler frames/idlers from stores, unloading to the required–conveyors 72,73,48A/48B,RBFD 1A/1B, 64 and 61 replacing the existing worn-out idler frames / idlers by providing by new one, monitoring the belt sway, scrap material devoluted to stores, including T&P’s hire charges and cost of consumables and etc complete.

Charges for leading the rope grease from pocket / department stores to received place of conveyor – 72, at JT 20A, cleaning the rope greasing, sleeve pulleys of Conveyor – 72, including T&P’s hire charges and consumables and etc., complete.

Routine cleaning of the Plummer blocks & resilient couplings, greasing of 6 to 7 points periodically, routine checking of belt scrapper and skirt board rubber and adjustment, replacing of worn-out rubber, fabrication and providing of damaged scrappers and skirt board sealing system providing of new scrappers if required, removal of chock inside the chute and all related works in conveyor 72,73,48A/48B,RBFD 1A/1B, 61 and 64 including T&P’s hire charges and consumables and etc complete.
