Overhauling of SH spray/LLCV including dismantling, inspection, lapping of valve seat and disc, renewal of spiral wound gasket and gland packing supporting from the next higher elevation/making temporary lifting structure etc. cleaning, freeing of all fasteners and renewing if necessary, assembling the valve and actuators.
Overhauling of SH / RH spray isolation (Block) valve, including dismantling, inspection, lapping of valve seat and disc, renewal of spiral wound gasket and gland packing supporting from the next higher elevation/making temporary lifting structure etc. cleaning, freeing of all fasteners and renewing if necessary, assembling the valve and actuators.
Dismantling of control valve, Lapping of valve seat, blue matching and assembling of the control valve and complete restoration.
Removal, refixing of insulation box and damaged insulation of above 100 / 250NB size valves.
Charges for cutting and replacing the defective valve of size up to 25 mm, including cost of welding electrodes, all consumables, tools and plants etc.,
