Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition in cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squre/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured/printed tiles (colour & shade as approved) of size area exc 0.06sqm but n. exc 0.14 sqm and 7-8mm thick in vertical surfaces as in skirting and dado set and jointedin neat cement slurry, over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished ) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including moulding work on exposed edges of granite stones complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey pigment cement in floors incl screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 80mm thick machine pressed pre cast concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size (M-40) grade with grey cement and pigment of approved design & pattern as approved by GE, laid over & including 25mm thick layer of sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm grade aggregate) 75 mm thick as in pavings finished even and rough to receive top layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm grade aggregate) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L sand filling under floor on in foundation in layers not exceeding 25cm each layer including watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub/class 'B' bricks straght or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 incl demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints/hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint after preparation of newly plastered/concrete surfaces over alkali resistant primer on wall (colour and tint as approved) including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old roof treatment in any description and any type incl scrube and loose concrete, plaster, bitumen, oil grases and any other materials that might effect adhesion by wire brushing the surface and cleaning of the surface throughly with water and disposed off old materials complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces on roof finishing even and smooth without using extra cement and using water proofing compound all as specified. (WPC shall be measured & paid for separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for laying 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufactured with weight not less than 3.00 Kgs/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms/sqm laid over one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30cm and then insert inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing , including complete removal of existing roof treatment including cement concrete any description and thickness, all debris materials shall be removed to a distance n exc 500 mtr, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufacture instruction. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufactured instruction (iii) APP based polymeric membrane shall be 3mm thick manufactured by M/s STP Ltd or M/s IWL or Pedilite (iv) Bituminous primer shall be manufactured by M/S STP Ltd or M/s IWL or Pedilite (v) Rate of taking down OHT before operation and refixing the same after operation shall deemed to be included in the item rate where required (vi) Cement concrete base and rendering shall be measurement and paid separetaly

M&L for applying two coats of water proofing paint with aluminium finish on top after preparation of newly APP layers omplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 omplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding/ base on roof omplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
