Taking out carefully precast RCC slabs of septic tanks, completely by emptying the liquid, semi solid and solid content including cleaning the inlet, outlet and getting out by using suction pump and filling the foul material into the covered tanks attached to suction pump and removing, transporting and disposal of the same at a place earmarked for disposal of the foul material by Panchayat authorities to outside the ICGS Area and applying one coat of linseed oil complete for septic tank capacity 25 users to 100 users each, all as specified including cleaning the septic tanks with fresh water and bleaching powder and refixing the removed cover slab including necessary chambering to edges as required in CM (1:4) and necessary touch-up with cement base paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: Cubic content of filled up portion of septic tank shall be measured for payment purpose.

Taking out carefully the cover slabs of manholes of any size, depth and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250 m and n. exc 500 m inclding cleaning inside the manholes with fresh water and bleaching powder and placing the cover slabs back incl necessary cambering to edges as required in CM (1:4) and necessary touch -up with cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed .

Cleaning with fresh water and bleaching powder, the blockages in sewer line of 100 to 150 mm dia pipes, in between manholes and passing rubber ball / sponge ball / similar means through the line to ensure cleaning of all blockage complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exe 1.5m wide & n. exe 1.5m depth for foundation etc and n.exe 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exe 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n. exe 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exe 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors (un re-inforced) and paving n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for(un-rainforcement) and removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling cast iron/PVC pipes jointed in cement mortor and taking out of trenches, 150 mm nominal bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for CI pipe 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing CI pipe (centrifugally cast) in any length with (or) without ear laid in trenches and jointed, with cement joints in CM 1:1 or in floors, pipes of bore 150mm dia, incl necessary fixtures like bends, branch pieces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for removing existing branch drain, making good to walling and rendering, cutting out branch channel, and making good benchings for 150 mm dia bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 110mm bore UPVC(SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors including taking out old pipes complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in repair 75mm bore UPVC(SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors including taking out old pipes complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in repair 110mm bore UPVC (SWR) plain bends, any radius complete all as specifed and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts ( wood, steel, or RCC ) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground for posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum getting out, returning filling in and well ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply and fix joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently , without connection plate etc cut to ordinary length within 20mm of the length conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality-B) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for welding in repairs not exceeding 2.5 cm in length with thickness of metal not exceeding 6mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for welding in repairs exceeding 2.5 cm but not exceeding 5 cm in length with thickness of metal not exceeding 6mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (1) Works shall be carried out in multi storey Building upto 2nd floor.

M&L for preparing the new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 centimetre width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC coated GI chain link mesh of size 50 x 50 mm, 3.6 mm dia GI wire with 1 mm thick PVC coating and weight not less then 3.30 Kg / Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair punched type concertina coil of 600mm, openable/strechable to 6m round type, 51 spiral core wire, made out of 2.5 mm high tensile strength wire galvanised of tensile strength 1500 Mpa as specified in IS 4454 including necessary wire or fixing coil on security/compound wall with Y shaped M/S angle complete all as specifed and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry / block masonry, built in cement mortar including facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete all quoins, arches, pillars, coping etc but excluding ashlars articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for designer rubber moulded chequerred cement concrete tiles with mixture of grey and white cemetn in equal porportions with pigments of size 300 x 300 x 22mm thick and set and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over a screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, 15mm thick for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre cast machine pressed cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs stones and fixing all as per manufacturer instructions etc and size shall be decided and directed by GE.

Cleaning and removing of PVC water tank at any height (on accessible/inaccessible roofs) by removing all scale, dirt, mud, any foreign material and removing accumulated silt, other dirty substance, algae, fungus and other bacterial material from sides/bottom of tank by draining/pumping out water/sludge from bottom and other growth from wall/ floor by high pressure cleaning method with jet set, vaccum machine and again cleaning the tank with fresh water and disinfecting the tank by using UV radiator and approved chemical (chlorite) and capacity of tank exc 250 and n.exc 500 litre capacity, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Unit rate quoted shall include for necessary ladder and machinery for pressure cleaning and safety apparatus required for execution of work. (ii) Unit rate quoted shall include for writing the date of actual cleaning with white paint on black background to match with the existing.

All as per item No.47 here in before but for capacity of tank exc 500 and n.exc 1000 litre capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of triple layer type(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of triple layer type(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair ball valve of size 20 mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F CPVC pipes, SDR 11, 20 mm outer dia of pressure rating 6kgf/sqcm conforming to IS-15778 with all CPVC fittings with such as brass elbow,Tee, bends, unions, sockets,threaded adoptor and end pieces etc to receive fittings and fixed with solvents fixed to walls/ceiling with all clamps in shafts/ducts with all necessary scaffolding to fix the pipes and testing the joints under prescribed pressure etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm dia bib tap of standard PTMT of any colour screwed for iron pipe minimum weight 90 grams complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm dia Stop valve of standard PTMT of any colour screwed for iron pipe minimum weight 90 grams complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm dia pillar tap fancy type of standard PTMT of any colour screwed for iron pipe minimum weight 120 grams complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old decorative surfaces of walls, by washing, rubbing down, stopping and applying one coat of cement base paint of any colour all as apecified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wall surfaces and applying one coat of exterior emulsion anti fungal plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 centimetre width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and diracted.
