M & L size 100x75mm, rebated, karoli stone chowkats with exposed faces close picked dressed, including 4 bolt holes ‘per upright’, erected in position and bedded and pointed in cement mortar 1:6 (Bolts measured separately)

Refixing in same opening of old door shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but n exc 2 Sqm in size.

S & F 35mm thick factory made plain, framed, paneled door shutters kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated second class, hardwood (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial marine grade ply wood bonded with high quality liquid phenol formal dehyde synthetic resin adhesive confirming to IS-710. The size of rails and style shall be as per IS-1003.

S & F 35mm thick factory made second class hardwood glazed and skelton door shutter kiln seasoned and chemically treated, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/ gauge etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc complete.
