SECTION-I

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m but not in depth for foundations or for shafts, pillars, columns etc. and getting out soft loose soil.

Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.00m in depth for foundations or for shafts, pillars, columns etc. and getting out soft loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, footing of column, plinth beam, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for RCC 1:1.5:3 type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in column, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing formwork to sides of concrete of foundation, footings, plinth beam, etc. with rough finished square/rectangular surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing formwork to sides of concrete of columns, pillars, posts with rough finished square/rectangular surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length , bend to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking end etc. including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel TMT bar 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, binders, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending, hooking end etc. including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for brick work with well burnt bricks, locally available best quality (Sub class 'B') bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for granite (of any type) slab 18mm to 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement 1:2 with admixture of pigment to match the shade/ colour/ matrix of granite stone including grinding and polishing and laid as in skirting/ dado (Pillars/ Coloums) over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.(Make:- Any First Quality as approved by Accepting Officer)

Supply and fixing framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings, bearings, flat iron and also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E- 165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.(Make of paint and primer:- ASIAN/ BERGER/ JHONSON & NICHOLSON/ SHALIMAR.)

Taking down old damaged cement plaster of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for three coats of white wash on wall of new plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel pipe of 150mm dia and 6.00m long as a pole with necessary PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) and excavation including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of name plate of size 6.50m x 1.00m with stainless steel frame (size 75mm x 40mm ) all around of name plate with green acrylic sheet of not less than 5mm thick and letter size as per sample with white color including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of LED post light fittings including 36 watts LED light fixed on RCC post with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible cable of 0.75sqmm 3 core copper conductor to light fittings including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing of Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet not less than 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per direction including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. Materials and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proof compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item.)

Supply only integral water proofing compound (Powder type) ISI marked.

Material & labour for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast cement concrete for cover slab set in cement mortar (1:4) with necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Reinforcement to be measured and paid separately under relevant item.)

Supply and fixing of framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; walk ways; and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling in floors or under paver block in layers not exceeding 100mm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the existing LT RCC/ steel tubular street light pole 9mtr and shifting to new location maximum up to 50 mtrs surrounding area including UG cables, PCC, Excavation and other related items etc..complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. {Note : (i) UG cables issued under Schedule 'B' for "Free for fixing only" (ii) Jointing kit will be measured and paid under relevant items of schedule 'A'.}

Taking down the existing LT Panel any capacity and shifting to new location maximum up to 50 mtrs surrounding area including UG cables, PCC, Excavation and other related items etc..complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) UG cables issued under Schedule 'B' for "Free for fixing only" (ii) Jointing kit will be measured and paid under relevant items of schedule 'A'.

Taking down the existing defective LT UG cable /service wire of following size in trenches / pipes / pole /attending the repair and replacement of new cable as same all as specified and directedby Engr-in-Charge. (a) 6 sq mm 2/3/3.5/4 core upto 95 sqmm 3/3.5/4 core.

Supply & fix heat srinkable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint/ end joint kit complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 2/3.5/4 core XLPE / PVC armoured AIuminium Conductor cable of following size . Make: DENSON / MAHINDRA / REYCHEM / 3M . (a) 16 sqmm to 35 sq mm

Supply & fix heat srinkable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint/ end joint kit complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 2/3.5/4 core XLPE / PVC armoured AIuminium Conductor cable of following size . Make: DENSON / MAHINDRA / REYCHEM / 3M . (a) 50 sqmm to 95 sq mm

Material and labour for sand cushioning to the full width of trenches for protection of cables including spreading watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Only punned down valume of sand to be measured).

Supply and fixing galvanised steel tubing 80 mm bore, light grade with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, tees, short plugs and union etc.) fixed on wall or floor for cable protection including taking out old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Materials and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting of bituminous road / floor for laying of pipe / cables 45 cm wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep including refilling with material of 300mm thick sand and PCC 1;2;4, type B-1, 250 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

SECTION-II

Providing outsourcing services for clerical and data feeding operator and photocopy machine operator services on all working days or as notified by Engr-in-Charge for carrying out day to day official work as assigned by officer-in-charge in GE (U) Plant and Machinery office. Note:- (i) Services of approximately 04 operators would be required on each working day but the numbers may be varied at the direction of accepting officer on one day advance notice. (b) Office timing on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday is 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs and on Wednesday & Saturday the timing is 0900 Hrs to 1400 Hrs. However, the services may be required on an average 8 Hrs/day irrespective of the office timings. Exact timings will be as per requirement and will be communicated on day to day basis by the controlling officer. (c) Each operator shall be wearing neat, clean and ironed uniform comprising of Sky Blue colour Shirt/Top bearing MES Logo and words "Military Engineer Services Team Utilities" displayed on the front pocket. Trouser/Bottom shall be Navy Blue colour. The operator shall also wear his name plate. Total Qty = 04 x 272 = 1088 Shifts

Providing outsourceing services for daily cleaning and mopping of entire offices area including rooms, verandah, porch, wash rooms, stair case & toilets and dusting & cleaning of office furniture equipment, railing doors/window glass panes, boards, name plates etc. including removing of garbage from dust bins and waste buckets to nearby garbage pits as directed by officer-in-charge in GE (U) Plant and Machinery office. Note:- (i) Services of approximately 02 Nos Safaiwala would be required on each working day but the numbers may be varied at the direction of accepting officer on one day advance notice. Breakdown details will be directed by the GE. (ii) Contractor shall provide cleaning items viz Brooms, Wipers, cloth and buckets. Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the same. (b) Office timing on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday is 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs and on Wednesday & Saturday the timing is 0900 Hrs to 1400 Hrs. However, the services may be required on an average 8 Hrs/day irrespective of the office timings. Exact timings will be as per requirement and will be communicated on day to day basis by the controlling officer. Total Qty = 02 x 272 = 544 Shifts

(d) Contractor shall made payment through authorised Aadhar Linked Bank Account and photocopy of receipt of payment shall be attached with RAR/FB. (e) The rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/ concerned State Government/ Local Body, whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employee towards Employees Provident Fund (EPF), contribution towards Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), contribution of Bonus and Labour Welfare Cess (LWC) under respective headings/ sub-items. In case the rates quoted are less than the prevailing rates/ instructions under any heading(s), the bid will be treated as Non-Bonafide/Invalid, shall be disqualified and such bids will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest bidder shall be determined from amongst the valid/ bonafide bids only. The tender will be considered for financial evaluation only if the item Nos. 2.02 to 2.07 and 3.01 to 3.06 are found bonafied. (f) Contractor shall provide Brooms, Wipers, Cloths and Buckets. Quoted rates will be deemed to be included the same.

Notes for item No. 2.01.00 to 3.06 (Contd..../):- (g) Staff engaged for clerical and data feeding operator and photocopy machine operator and safaiwala will not leave the office premices under any circumstances, if during surprise check by the representative of Deptt., operator /safaiwala staff found absent then penalty of Rs. 500/- per day per person will be imposed and deducted from contractors dues (RAR/Final Bill). (h) 'NIL' or 'Zero' Quoting against OH & Profit shall be render the bids as 'Non-bonafide' & will be rejected. (j) The rates quoted above shall be inclusive of all taxes, levies as applicable including GST. The GST is included in the rates quoted against items of outsourcing as well as items repairs/ comprehensive maintenance to be paid separately under ‘material and labour’ parts. GST will be applicable as per GST rules against items of outsourcing as well as items repairs/ comprehensive maintenance. (k) Contractor is required to quote only upto two digits after decimal place (as per IS No. 2 : 1960) or otherwise it will be considered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place. (l) In case of tie amongst bidders, the criteria shall be applied to decide the lowest bidder for acceptance as per MOC 2007 (Re-print 2012)

Supply only following items for day to day housekeeping and conservancy services to upkeep the offices and installations. These items shall be supplied fortnightly by the contractor to the GE office.

Bio Garbage plastic bags of carrying capacity about 50-60 Kg (100 bags in each pkt)

Air/ Room Freshener 250 ml (spray type), (Make- Odonil/ Godrej Air or equivalent)

Detergent Powder, (Make- Surf Excel/ Rin/ Arial)

Insecticide 400 ml, (Make- Baygon/ Hit/Mortein)

Tissue roll for toilets (weight approximately 227 gms in each roll)
