Sub-Head:- Earth Work

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth,1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposed of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(a) All kind of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of ,foundation etc. in layer not exceeding 20cm. in depth consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead unto 50m. lift unto 1.5m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sandy soil under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Sub-Head:- Concrete & RCC Work

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and footing shuttering- All work upto plinth level:-1:4:8 (1cement : 4c/sand: 8 graded stone agro. 40 mm nominal size.)

Providing and laying in position specific grade of reinforced cement concrete,excluding the cost of centerring,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement-All work up to plinth level -1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement :1.5 c/sand: 3 graded stone aggrt. 20 mm nominal size.)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls ( any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. up to floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :t in 1:1.5:3( 1 cement :1.5 course sand: 3graded stone aggrt. 20mm nominal size)

RCC work in beams,suspended floors, roof having slope up to 15 degree landing,balconies, shelves ,chajjas,lintel,bands,plain window sill,staircase and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement.a) 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 course sand: 3 graded stone aggt. 20mm nominal size.

Sub-Head:- Reinforcement

Reinforcement for RCC work in bending, binding and placing in position complete in Tor steel bars.

Sub-Head:- Form-Work

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete

b) Column, Pillars,Piers, Abutments,Posts and Struts

c) Lintels, beams, Plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Sub-Head: Brick Work

Brick work with first class common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) brick in foundation & plinth in cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1cement : 4 coarse sand).

Half brick with 1st classcommon burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) brick in foundation & plinth in cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1cement : 4 coarse sand).

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fastener of required dia. And length (hold fast or dash fastener shall be paid for seperately(a) Local best quality Tolhao wood

Providing and fixing panelled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory Windows i/c ISI marked M.S.butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for seperately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(a) Local best quality Teak wood - 35 mm thick shutters.

P/F M.S. grills of reqd pattern to wooden frames etc. with M.S. flats at reqd spacing and framed all round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws ornamental grill

Providing & fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. Sliding bolts with screws etc. Complete. (a) 250X16mm.

Providing & fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles confirming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing M.S. hooks and eyes.

P/L M.S. fan clamps Type-I of 16mm dia bent to shape during laying i/c hooked ends in R.C.C. slab during laying i/c painting the exposed portion of loop all per standard design complete.

Sub Head: Flooring& Finishes

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate ) finished with floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete-40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal sized stone aggregate.

Cement plaster skirting (upto 30cm height) with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement -18 mm thick.

12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

15mm cement plaster 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand )

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: Water thinnable cement primer.

Finishing walls with water proffing cement paint of required shade: New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84kg/10sqm).

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work.(Hard and soft wood).

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi surface Paint of required shade two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer appliedd @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand or manufacture.

Providing and fixing on wall face G.I. Rain water pipe and filling the joints with spun yarn soaked in neat cement slurry and cement mortar 1:2 (1 cem : 2 fine sand). c) 150 mm diameter.

Steel work in built up tabular(round,square or rectangular tubes etc.) trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including welding and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete (a) Electric resistant or induction butt welded tube

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheet ( size shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) with zinc coating 120 gram per sqm as per IS:277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microm epoxy primer on both side of the sheet anad polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micron minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supply in single length upto 12 meter or as desired by Engineer in charge. The sheet shall be fixwd usung self drilling/self tapping screw of size (5.5x55 mm ) with EPDM seal complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafter and trusses and including cuttung to size and shape wherever required with- Precoated galvanised iron profile sheet 0.35 mm thick

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessaries with zinc coating 120 gram per sqm as per IS:277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microm epoxy primer on both side of the sheet anad polyester top coat 15-18 microns.
