Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed withearth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing excavated material (any type of soil) to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 100 mm thick, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors specified and as directed.

M&L chequered Cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigments , incl CM (1: 4) 20 mm thick screed bed including dismantling old tile all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including dismantling old paver blocks complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, pole where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates using structural steel of Fe-410W (Gde E-250 quality A) all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild Steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts/ purlins including special shaped washers etc., complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS :1161-1979 grade st-240 including notching, drilling, fitting, riveting and/or welding or connecting with bed plate, bolt and nuts complete all as specified and as directed.
