FULL/BULK QUANTITY ORDER WILL BE PLACED ON TENDERERS WITH SATISFACTORY PAST PERFORMANCE OF SAME/SIMILAR ITEMS (similar items will be items with same/similar drawing/description/specification.) PLEASE REFER CLAUSE 2.6.1 OF IBD (V 3.0) ATTACHED WITH TENDER.

DEVELOPMENTAL ORDER QUANTITY WILL BE PLACED AS PER CLAUSE 2.6.2 OF IBD ATTACHED WITH TENDER.

If the tenderer himself is not the manufacturer of the item offered by him, he/she must be duly authorized by the manufacturer of such item. Such tenderers must enclose with their offer a certificate of Tender Specific authorization from the manufacturer, to participate in the tender.

In case of procurement for a value in excess of Rs. 10 Crore, the local supplier shall be required to provide a certificate from the statutory auditor or cost auditor of the company ( in the case of companies) or from a practicing cost a c c o u n t a n t or practicing chartered account (in respect of suppliers other than companies) giving the percentage of local content. (Refer para 29.2 (b) of IBD (V-3.0) of ECR for more details).
