Earth Work in filling by manual or machine i/c lift upto 1.5m lead upto 30m. With ramming & dressing.

Brick Edging on both side of the road of M-150m. Brick 7cm wide 11cm. Deep laid with mud mortar i/c labour and supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the engineer in charge.

Providing laying spreading and compacting maching crushed stone ballast of approved quarry of 90-45 mm size to WBM of G-1 specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with power roller 8-10 tone in stage to proper grade and camber applying and brooming crushable screening material i.e. stone dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density i/c cost of all material T&P as per MORD Specification Clause 404 ( By Manual Means)

Prividing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface spraying primer @ 0.60 kg/sqm. Using mechanical means as per MORD technical specification Clouse 502.

Providing & applying tack coat with V.G. 10 grade using preasure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm. On the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleand with hydraulic broom as per technical specification Clause 303

20 mm thick open graded premix carpet using bitumen (penetration grade/modified bitumen) binder providing laying of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using 80/100 grade bitumen Clouse 508.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing void in a bitumenous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type C as per technical specification Clouse-510
