M&L for providing formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab , floor slabs , landing ; chajjas and similar work not exc 200mm thick; rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Glazed, gauzed and skeleton shutters 35 mm thick 2nd class hardwood (SAL/ CHAMP / HOLLOCK) open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chemfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); for doors and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter and builders hard ware fittings from frames) exc 1.5 sqm but not exc. 4 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repairs Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame with 5mm PVC fillet as per specifications and drawing shown on page No 180 of SSR Part-II and as directed.

S&F long brass barrel tower bolts,with cast or sheet barrel and rolled or cast bolt length of bolt 200mm with dia of shoot / bolt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section, having shoot / dia of bolt not less than 12mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 300 mm long Brass, sliding door bolt with sand or die-cast brass hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing bolt with rolled or drawn brass bolts and fixed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality conforming to Fe- 415, Fe 500 or Fe-550 as in steel reinforcement for concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.

S&F rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Supplied and fixed steel windows with pressed steel frame made out from 1.25 mm thick steel with one or more rebate with glazed shutters and fly proofing shutters including guard bars, hinges, peg stay , handles tower bolts lugs including treated with tar or coal tar black paint on steel surfaces in contact / embedded in concrete / masonry work complete all as specified and shown on drawings (Note : Disturbed surface of wall shall be made good to true surface)

Taking down roof treatment including padding of any description & M&L for preparing ,cleaning new concrete/plastered surface providing applying evenly a tack coat @1.20 kg/Sqm with 85/25 industrial bitumen over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 liter/Sqm and laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrance with non-woven polyester rainforced and applying a tack coat of 85/25 industrial bitumen @ 1.2 kg per Sqm and finish the surface with aluminium paint at top @ 0.2 kg/Sqm as per manufacturer's instructions. Weight of membrane shall not be less than 3.6 kg/Sqm unrolled and bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer's instructions. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The WPT work shall be got done through manufacturer's authorised applicator only under strict supervision of manufacturer's technical representative.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 as in roof, mixing with water proofing compound by 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed Note :- Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

M & L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match color / shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed".

M & L for laying Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, (square / rectangular) jointless area of each tile exc 0.36sqm but n.exc 0.42 sqm first quality coloured in floors etc, set in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour / shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed".

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mmx 250mmx7 mm / 450mm x 350mm x 7mm on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and and directed

M&L in repairs for 18-20 mm thick machine cut mirror polished Granite stone slab RED COLOUR table rubbed polished and round edges as in cooking plateform, steps and window cills and like over and including 10mm thick scread bed in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade / colour / matrix of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiles / terrazzo including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removal servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 other than on fair faces of brick work or concrete vertical surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440mm white, with integral foot rests with and including cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap and setting the trap and pan in and including PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 minimum 150mm thick all round and finished just below level of rim of pan to receive the floor finishing, making all connections complete all as specified and directed.
