All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundation, footing, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Care and diversion of standing, water, spring water, river water ot drains and the like in working area including construction and removal of earth/coffer bundies upto DBL/existing level where required including pumping and bailing out the surface flowing water and keeping the working area free from standing water, flowing water seepage water and sub soil water for execution of entire work satisfactorily.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed : All kinds of soil

Supply of earth including royalty, loading, unloading by mechanically transport and banking the same in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with half tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers and dressing up embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks for filling up ground depression, with all lead & lift.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire mesh fabric 75x25 mm of weight not less than 7.75 kg/sqm fixed (welded) on frame of angle / T-iron 50x50x6 mm with flat iron of size 40x5 mm and 25x5 mm including cutting, welding, histing and fixing in position with the M.S. flat clams of size 50x6 of required length by welding with steel post embedded in RCC railing/wall and applying a priming coat of steel primer of approved brand and manufacture etc. complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete pavement of M-10 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant of reputed cement manufacture and transported to the site of work in transit mixer having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as premixed design of M-10 grade of cement concrete work including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site. Placing in required camber compulsory with plate/ screed vibrator, with wire brush etc. and curing including cost admixture in recommended proportions as per I.S. 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :1) less cement used than specified in this item in recoverable separately. M-10 grade plain cement concrete by using 220 Kg of cement per cum of concrete.

Providing and laying RMC of M-30 grade by using minimum 400 Kg. of cement ( 43 grade OPC) per cum of concrete in roads/ streets manufactured in automatic RMC plant using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per approved design criteria including transportation to site in transit mixer, including cost of admixture in recommended proportion as per IS 9103 to accelerate/ regard setting of concrete to improve workability wit out impairing strength and durability as per specification including spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators , leveling to required slope and camber, finishing by floating and brooming with wire brushes etc. and curing including making provision for contractor/expansion, construction of cross/ longitudinal joints of size 10mm wide 50mm deep by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joints filler and sealants, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge( Cost of joint filler & sealants shall be paid for separately under relevant item). Note: Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 400 Kg/cum. Excess/Less cement used as per design mix is payale/recoverable separately M-30 RC using minimum cement @ 400 Kg/cum. Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant(RC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixer.
