M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate incl weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with soild blocks, type C1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting opening in cement concrete walls/ stone wall/ brick wall (any descript-ion) for door, window and other openings (with or without reveals) or enlarging existing openings, including trimming surfaces to receive rendering, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

Forming jambs,with cement mortar 1:6 etc., to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work, complete

M& L 2nd class Hard wood chowkhats, plain, solid, straight, wrought, framed, rebate on the solid,rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints including fixed with dash fastner complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 30 mm thick Second class hard wood Gauzed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc., divided in to squares with plain, chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc, size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkats

S&F 30mm thick factory made flush shutter, solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sq. M each (Without taking off shutters from the frames) and stacking at site where directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with 19mm x 19mm MS square tube EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame, the profile shall be mitre cut at two corners and jointed by inserted 2mm of 150mm long bracket of 15mm x 15mm MS square tube inside the 19mm x 19mm MS square tube and suitable screwed the door frame shall be fixed to the wall using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 6Nos screws to be provided for each frame all as specified and as directed. Note: The quoted rates are deemed to be included for cutting holes, providing concrete for hold fast and making good to the disturbed surfaces.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment on horizontal and vertical surfaces with applying of oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 grm/Sqm having softening point not less than 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength of 650 N/5cm and 350 N/5cm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforced tearing strength of 180N by torch on application including minimum 10cm side over lap and 15 cm end lap applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm finished with solar reflective bituminus aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg per sqm including removing of existing water proofing treatment of any description and cleaning with roof surface with wire brush and water for accessible roof or non accessible roof including necessary scaffoling upto 7 storeyies, fixed all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L in repiars 19mm thick Prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work including beading and magnetic stopper complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling concrete finished even and fair to recive floor finshes,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non - skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone walls/ceilings including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick Cement plaster in CM 1 :4, (5 mm thick with WP compound/liquid over 10 mm thick cement plaster in two layers) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevent item)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on roof padding finished even and fair with approved water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction all as specified and as directed.
