Taking down old / defective point wiring of any surface type (light, fan, socket or power) from the existing locations complete including fixture and fittings such as sunken boxes, laminated sheets along with switches, sockets, regulators, ceiling roses etc. removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour point wiring with 1.5 sqmm FRLS grade single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100V grade copper multistranded conductor for the following surface type in and including new PVC conduit medium grade of any size, complete with all PVC conduit and accessories/ fittings, brass screws, washers etc, along with suitable factory made Sunken boxes concealed suitable for modular type in the existing place or new location including all cutting/chases as applicable etc to accomodate modular plates, covers modular switches & sockets etc in walls, in and including PVC insulated copper earth continuity stranded conductor 1.5 Sqmm FRLS cable green colour connected to common earth dolly complete, making good the disturbed surface of wall, floors, ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge One light point controlled by one switch.

All as per the Item No 2 here above but for One fan/exhaust point controlled by one switch.

Note : (i) Cutiing chases / grooves and PVC conduit as applicable shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item for concealed conduit block portions during new wiring works all as per site and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fixing for replacement Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit/casing capping of upto 25 mm exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc all as per site conditions complete specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for replacement Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit/casing capping above 25 mm not less than 40 mm exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc all as per site conditions complete specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement PVC/Polycorbonate best quality junction boxes 40 mm size / Round plates 75 mm to 100 mm with suitable size screws - 02 Nos as per site requirements complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing for replacement TPN DB 4 way Vertical Double door factory made powder coated suitable rated manufactureres busbar 415 Volts capacity for using MCCB as incomer and MCBs as out going circuits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for replacement SPN DB 12 way Double door factory made powder coated with 200 Amps rated busbar 240 Volts capacity for using MCBs as incomer and out going circuits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for taking down unserviceable of ceiling fan sweep upto 1400 mm with blades and down rods etc from ceiling by unscrewing the nut bolts ,opening the split pin and keeping in safe custody for repairing and re fixing the same after repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for servicing of ceiling fan sweep upto 1400 mm complete on the site after inspecting all dismantled parts, complete erviceing and cleaning , greasing and removing all deposited materials and replacing following old parts and components with new ones and reassembling the same complete for smooth functioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.:- (a) Capacitor 2.5 mfd.- 01 No (b) PVC Capacitor Bracket - 01 No (c) Split pins complete for ceiling fan - 01 set

Material and labour for rewinding of ceiling fan motor complete of sweep upto 1400 mm after cutting the old unserviceable / burnt windindg with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge with connected bushes / bearings etc as applicable complete varnishing new winding drying up carefully complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for taking down unserviceable of exhaust fan upto 450 mm sweep heavy duty with blades complete from existing positions using necessary louvers as applicable etc by unscrewing the nut bolts and keeping in safe custody for repairing and re fixing the same after repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for dismantling of exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep motor with louvers assembly for servicing after inspecting all dismantled parts for their serviceablity and cleaning , greasing and removing all deposited materials and replacing unserviceable parts and components with new ones and reassembling the same complete for smooth functioning by replacing the following spares:- (a) Capacitor 2.0 mfd.- 01 No. (b) PVC Capacitor Bracket - 01 No (c) Split pin for exhaust fan - 01 set

Material and labour for rewinding of metal exhaust fan motor complete of sweep upto 450 mm after cutting the old unserviceable / burnt windindg with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge with connected bushes / bearings as applicable complete varnishing new winding drying up carefully complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparing old painted surface of ceiling fan of sweep upto 1400 mm and spray painting with two coats of best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved properly, writing MES No on painted surface of fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for earthing Complete with GI earth platee electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal ground level and complete earth plate connected to GI wire 4 mm by brazing only earth strip protected with light grade GI Pipe 15 mm dia bore from earth plate electrode and upto in and including the earth test point including 20mm bore water pipe medium grade GI Tubing including GI Funnel,wire mesh. alternate 5 layers of charcoal & salt crystal and removal of the excavated soil and depositing at the place where directed,PCC Pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate , RCC (m) Cover 40 mm thick in RCC (1:2:4) type B 1 using 20 mm grade aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 7.5 mm c/c both ways including RCC Pit Cover etc watering the earth pit to acheive earth resistance below 02 Ohm incl testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note :- GI wire 4 mm,GI Tubing 15 mm light grade upto 7.5 mtr deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Supply, fixing, drawn GI wire 4 mm in GI pipe 15 mm pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in -charge.

Supply and fix GI pipe light grade 15 mm dia including on walls, roof / laid on floors, ground etc with all fittings for GI Wire protection all as specified and as directed by Engr - in -charge.

Checking of existingnCopper/GI strip/GI wire earthings of any type near all buildings using all safety methods carefully, tightening of all earthing connections, pouring water in the earth pits throgh earth pit funnel properly, after 24 hrs of water pouring testing of earthing pit using earth tester (The arrangement of earth tester is the responsibility of contractor), white washing to earth pit, marked/painted with exterior paint date of earth result checked, earthing pit pertains to which equipment etc and reading in ohms etc properly and enter earth details and results in the register duly signed by electrician in all respects complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : 1) The job shall be paid twice in the contract period with interval of SIX months periodcity. 2) Earth work, demolition of PCC,PCC new work, RCC earth pit cover and GI strip as applicable shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item.

Demolition and dismantling of old/damaged concrete of any description near existing buildings of any type located at various locations carefully removing from site and making good distrubed portions near buildings to match with the adjacent areas in all respects as per site conditions complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour PCC for foundation near existing earthings of any type etc 1:3:6 type C-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) complte all as specified and directed Engr - in - charge.

Supply and fixing for replacement earth pit cover slab RCC 40 mm thick in RCC (1:2:4) type B 1 using 20 mm grade aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 7.5 mm c/c both ways including testing arrangements and taking out old broken covers complete as per site requirements all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement Air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete on building roof in and including PCC block as per site conditions complete all as directed by Engineer - in - charge.

Material and labour for replacement aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with insulators heavy duty, fxing screws etc for roof and down conductors complete all as per site conditions in and including using necessary tools, plants and ladders complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement GI Earth Strip 32mm X 6mm burried in ground / fixed on wall / floor as per site requirement for purpose of Beyond 7.5 meter for earthings / lightning buried strip etc as per site conditions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement earthing Complete with GI earth platee electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal ground level and complete earth plate connected to GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm by brazing only earth strip protected with light grade GI Pipe 50 mm dia bore from earth plate electrode including 20mm bore water pipe medium grade GI Tubing including GI Funnel,wire mesh. alternate 5 layers of charcoal & salt crystal including excavation in strata, refiling and removal of the excavated soil and depositing at the place where directed,PCC Pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate , RCC (m) Cover 40 mm thick in RCC (1:2:4) type B 1 using 20 mm grade aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 7.5 mm c/c both ways including suitable RCC Pit cover etc watering the earth pit to acheive earth resistance below 02 Ohm incl testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (1) Quoted rate deemend to included necessary earth work PCC chamber, RCC cover, renforcement removal of surplus soil , site clearance etc. (ii) GI earth strip 32X6 mm , GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia upto 7.5m deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Fixing only properly GI/Aluminium earth Strip of any type by taking down carefully from the existing locations of buildings i.e roof/wall / floor etc in and including using nuts bolts and washers / soldering works as per site requirements all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
