ROOF TREATMENT Demolation of brick tiles/concrete in single layer as on roof slab, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar(1:4)on roof slab, finished even & smooth (without extra cement) mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall measured separately), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and application of three course Treatment :-1st Course :- 1st course of bituminous primer @ 0.3 ltr/Sqm (conforming to IS-3384) on prepared surfaces of plaster. After drying of primer apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to (IS-702 @ 1.20 kg/Sqm of plaster surfaces. 2nd Course : With APP (Atatic Polypropylene) modified five layered membrane 3 mm thick and weighing not less than 4 Kg/Sqm with centre core 160 GSM/ Sqm ; core reinforced and laid with 75 mm side overlap and 150 mm end lap. The membrane shall be laid with LPG torch application and overlaps sealed and finished neat. Final Course : Apply a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over membrane and dusted with dry sand 0.50 to 01 Kg/Sqm and allow to dry. Make:(i) Hyper Plas Standard – Manufactured by M/S IWL India Ltd. 755 LIG Flat Hest SAL New Delhi-110039. (ii) Multi Plas –Manufactured by M/S STP Texas Ltd; a-4/8, 1st Floor DLF City, Phase-I Gurgon -122002 (iii) Bengal Acquaflux – Bengal Bitumen, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi.(iv) Superior Poly Plus 310 by STP Ltd. Note : The roof treatment shall be executed through approved manufacturer only.

M&L for screed bed in CM (1:4), 20 mm thick in floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed CM(1:4) base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including demolition of existing kota stone slab, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnection of PVC water storage tank at roof/staging, getting aside for cleaning, lowering and hoisting, if required, cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from PVC tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc and washing with adequate qty of bleaching powder solution including removing of all vegetation in surrounding of the tanks capacity of 500 ltrs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections of following descriptions :- (a) 15 mm bore

(b) 20 mm bore

S&F Mild steel galvanized steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete of following descriptions :- (a) 15 mm bore

(b) 20 mm bore

All as per the description of item No.09.00 here in before but re-fixing old steel tubing of following descriptions:- (a) 15 mm bore

(b) 20 mm bore

SUNKEN FLOOR Demolition floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding,(but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 with water proofing compund on fair faces of brick on concrete slab & sides of sunken portion, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for applying evently a tack coat of industrial bitumen at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The roof treatment shall be executed through approved manufacturer only.

M & L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in, foundation filing and mass concrete. bed blocks, coping, lintels upto 1.5m span and similar work , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Non skid light coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/Rectangular) area of each tiles exc. 0.06 sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm, in floors etc,confirming to IS: 15622 : 2006 grade B II (a) matt superior finish flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 as bedding layer for floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Glazed ceramic tiles 450 mm x 350 mm x 7to8mm/ 450 mm x 300 mm x 7to8mmthick on vertical surfaces such as skirting /dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing coat, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (padestal) white including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe),flushing pipe,anti-sypohonage pipe etc. & with plastic WC seat cover white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Flushing cistern with inlet ball valve float and handle incl bracket 10 Lit capacity fixed etc.complete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 75 mm Cast iron floor trap, with grating in repair including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4),fix in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair Bib taps, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair 15mm dia fancy type chromium plated pillar taps, cast copper alloy with capstan heads screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' of cold with long screed shanks and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe and fixed with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
