Supply and placing of Design Mix Concrete M20 grade corresponding to IS 456 with minimum cement content of 350 kgs per 1 cum of concrete using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard Granite metal (coarse aggregate)(consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm , 15% of 13.20/12.50mm , 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm ) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (river sand)coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, centering using Steel scaffolding pipes, jack Props, Wallers, Foot plates, brackets, steel Centering Plates, etc, etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, curing and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) FOR FOOTINGS, .

Solid Fly-ash Block masonry 225 mm thick for panel walls in super structure, parapet walls with cement mortar (1:6) prop (Cement:sand) using solid fly-ash blocks of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 5 N/sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, river sand , bricks, water etc., to site, but including all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges constructing masonry, lift charges, curing overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 504. for:-Fly Ash Block Masonry in CM 1:6 (290x225x140)

Plastering 12mm thick in two coats using river sand with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, river sand, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental charges on materials, cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, cutting grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. Painting to New walls with two coats of Acrylic Emulsion paint of superior quality of approved brand and shade over base coat of cement primer interior grade -I making three coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of brushes, water to site, etc., sales & other taxes, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors for internal Walls.(APSS No. 912)

Supplying, fitting and placing thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) (Fe 500/500D/550D grade as per IS 1786-1979 manufactured by Category B Other Steel Manufacturers with minimum installed Production Capacity of 2 Lakh MT/annum to l0 Lakh MT Per annum (GOEL, SHYAM, JAI BALAJI, AFSTAR/MSLIFE TMT, RADHA TMT, SUGNA TMT, SHREE TMT) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars to site, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying on all materials etc. ,and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work ( APSS No.126)
