WBM Grade III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Primer coat :-Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base includign cleaning of raod surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 -1.0 Kg /SQM using mechinaal means as per Techanical specification Cluase 502

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. including all leads and as per directions of Engineer in chargesc.

Bituminous Macadam :- Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of grading as per table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder , traspored to site up a leasd of 1000 m laid over a previouslay prepared surface with parver finsher to the reqired to teh required garde , level and alignment and rolled to achive the disired compacttion as per Techanical specification cluase 504
