Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - all work up to Plinth Level- 1:1.5:3 (1 cement ; 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M. Providing Tor steel reinforcement of following dia rods as approved design and drawing excluding carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. TMT Fe 500 (Only Valid for SAIL, TATA Steel, JSPL, Electro Steel Ltd. and Vizal Steel) 8mm @ 40%

Supplying, fitting and fixing 20mm dia M.S. bar 1 meter long holding down bolt with nuts washers 100 x 100 x 6mm plate fitted and fixed with cement concrete (1:2:4) as per approved design all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of snowcem of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer on new surface including preparing the plastered surface smooth with sand paper scaffolding , curing and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coat of painting with ready mixed paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface throughly , scaffolding and taxes all after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge)0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 micronsepoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micronsminimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should besupplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tappingscrews of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto anypitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost ofpurlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shapewherever required.
