Dismantling stone slabs laid dry and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars but excluding precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of steel work of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts, struts (wood, steel of RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brickwork, masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser Item No 8.00 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) mix, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as sub base floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor / plinth protection laid in suitable panels finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) laid in panels, in floor finished even and smooth without using exra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching and coping etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for exterior grade full body vitrified tiles matt finished 400 X 400 X 12mm thick set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigments to match the shade of tile pattern as approved in floors including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness and size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing angle iron and flat iron as in fencing posts, struts, fillets etc including cutting to shape as required, drilling holes, notching for wires, splitting ends etc conforming to Fe 290 Grade 'E'-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end 12mm dia of neck exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm long bolt with washer and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3mm dia galvanised iron wire chain link fencing and line wire 75 x 75mm mesh size and any type of strand rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair galvanised two stranded, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Each line wire to be measured.

Restraining / resecuring including making good staples, galvanised two stranded, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Each line wire to be measured.

Material and labour in repair concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 450mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90 metre) having 50 no's round per 6 metre length, spring core wire (2.5mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165 Kg / Sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm / metre and fixing the same on 'Y' shaped angle iron placed 2 metre apart and with 6 horizontal RBT (reinforced barbed tape) wire, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick / concrete surface in patches mixing with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffolding upto three storey etc surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of any description and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surface of any description and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE NO 1: - Samples of materials as approved will be kept in GE's sample room. NOTE NO 2: - All fittings and fixtures mentioned above will be fixed to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and GE. NOTE NO 3: - Warranty certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge where ever applicable shall be submitted by the Contractor at the time of fittings.
