REPAIR/ MAINT OF LT DISTRIBUTION PANEL, FEEDER PANEL BOX, APFC PANEL, LT ISOLATION TRANSFORMER AND OTHER CONNECTING ALLIED WORKS AT AF STN MOHAN BARI, ALG ALONG AND WALONG UNDER GE (AF) MOHAN BARI

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 mtr wide and n.exc 1.50 mtr deep for taking out/ laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath/ pavments complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for heat shrinkable straight through joints suitable for LT PVC / XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 10 sqmm to 50 sqmm, 2/3.5/ 4 core with jointing accessories including cutting of faulty cablecomplete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Cutting of faulty cable/ joint is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. (ii) If old burnt/ damaged LT cable/joint retrieved will be issued to contractor as schedule of credit. (iii) Excavation and returning/filling required for straight through joints will be included in the quoted rate. If the excavation required more than 15 RM for joint of cable than it will be measured in respective item.

All as per item No. 3.00 above but cable of size 70 to 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 6 Sqmm twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 10 Sqmm twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCCB, TPN 63/100 Amps, 36 kA breaking capacity with overload and thermal tripping features, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz complete with suitable spreader complete all as specified and directed. Note: Minor addition and alteration and requirement of nuts and bolts, cable lugs for fixing of MCCB in existing panel deemed to be included in quoted rate

S&F in replacement of MCB TP 25-63 Amps , 415 Volts, 10 kA, C curve type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB TPN 40-100 Amps , 415 Volts, 10 kA, C curve type complete all as specified and directed.
