Item Description/ Heading
Upkeeping of building/ office floor in Central Storeand CWS, Korba before 9.00 AM or any suitable time as desired including cleaning of all windows, doors, shutters etc. upto full height including removal of spider's web etc inclusive of supply of neccessary materials etc. for cleaning of floor etc. Upkeeping will also include the removal of any unwanted materials lying on the floor if any within 50 mtr. lead which is to be done manually as per instruction of engineer incharge. Area to be cleaned without water daily.
Upkeeping of building/ office floor in Central Store and CWS, Korba before 9.00 AM or any suitable time as desired including cleaning of all windows, doors, shutters etc. upto full height inclusive of supply of neccessary chemicals, detergents, acid etc. for cleaning of floor, WC pans etc. as per instruction of engineer incharge. Area to be cleaned with water daily.
Cleaning / brooming road surface, berm & yard as per instruction of engineer incharge.
Cleaning and over hauling of chamber/ septic tank. as per instruction of engineer- in- incharge
Carriage of materials by mechenical transport including loading,unloading & stacking, up to lead of 2.00 KM
Collection and disposal of metals chips/ rubbish from machine of CWS shop to scrapyad etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer
Scrapping and cleaning of oil & grease areas/floor surface of workshop sheds with scrapping machine wire brush of suitable sizeetc. as per instuction of engineer I/c.
Supplying of sawdust at work site as per instruction of engineer- in- incharge
Maintenance / cleaning of drains including disposal of sludge within 50 metre lead etc. as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.
Maintenance of oil & grease trap including collection, stimming storage of oil bound materials plastic and disposal of the same as per instruction of Engineer incharge
Anual Cleaning work in canteen building by engaging 02 labour per day as per instruction of engineer I/C.
Cleaning of all toilets within the premises of CWS, Korba including cost of material like, bucket, acid, washing powder, phynil, napthaline, harpic, broom, scotch bright with 01 nos unskilled labour per day as per instuction of Engineer I/c.
