M&L for Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of 50 to 80 mm nominal bore by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete

Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete for 25 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve 80 mm nominal bore with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end)

Providing and fixing C.I. double acting air valve 80 mm dia of approved quality with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. complete (The tail pieces, tapers etc if required will be paid separately)

Constructing of brick masonry valve Chamber of size 90x900x100 cm inside, with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep ( inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design and demolishing the damaged valve chamber and removing debries as directed all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for Cutting existing CI/DI/steel tubing of size upto 150 mm dia for alterations or additions or for insertion of new tees, brances upto 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
