Lifting up submersible pump set of any capacity alongwith MS/GI column pipe flanged 150 mm dia from bore well at different locations including submersible cable upto 25 sqmm, 3 core and dismantling cable joints etc upto 50mtr depth complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Submersible cable, column pipes to be stacked at a suitable place at TW/pump house for inspection preparing new zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning, etc and painting with synthetic enameled paint. (ii) All T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) All items taken out from TW/Pump Houses shall be kept in well secured places and shall be the responsibility of the contractor till the machines are not made functional.

Lowering of submersible pump set of any capacity alongwith MS column pipe exc 50 mm dia but not exc 150 mm dia, making flanged joints, cable connections and providing binding dori for fixing and packing of submerssible cable all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of Motor pump set for inspection and identification of serviceable and unserviceable parts for repair and overhauling and reassembling after replacement of unserviceable parts complete upto 25-50 HP submersible pumping set complete all as specified and directed. Makes of pump:- Calama/BS/ kirloskar/CRI/Amrut/SSI. Notes:- (i) Rate quoted for the this item shall include labour charges for the refixing of serviceable parts and fixing of new parts. (b) Spare parts shall be measured and paid seprately under supply only item.

Make of winding wire:- Finolex/CCI/KEN. Notes :- (i) The contracter shall ensure Warranty of rewinded motor for 6 month period. The contractor rep shall report on all working days to AGE E/M yard for taking complaints. (ii)Complaint will be rectified within 48 Hrs. Contractor will be liable for a recovery of Rs. 1000/- for delay in completion of complaint.

(xix) All as per Srl item No 5.16 here-in-before but of capacity 45 HP motor.

Supply only Rubber gasket with 8 Nos holes made out of 6mm thick superior quality neoprime sheet suitable for 125/150mm bore flange.

Dismantline of faulty starter panel MUG 30 and MUG 50 type for inspection and identification of serviceable and unserviceable parts for repair and maintenance and reassembling after replacement of unserviceable parts complete all as specified and directed.. The spares shall be measured and paid seperately under respective BOQ item. Notes:- (i) Minor repair of LT/Starter Panels etc. without using any spares to make the pump sets operational shall deemed to included in the quoted rate. (ii) Contractor rep will report on all working days to AGE E/M yard for taking complaints.Complaint will be rectified within 48 Hrs. Contractor will be liable for a recovery of Rs. 1000/- for delay in completion of complaint.

(i) Supply only three poles power contactors of ML-3 type with AC 3 rating 40 and Aux contacts 2 No + 2 NC suitable fo MUG 30 starter as per Cart Part No SS 90721 of L&T or equivelent in seimens/BCH/C&S complete all as specified and directed.

(ii) Supply only three poles Power Contactors of ML-4 type with AC3 rating 70 and Aux contacts 2 Nos + 2 NC as per existing suitable for MUG 50 Strarter sample and make or equivelent in seimens/BCH/C&S/L&T complete all as specified and directed.

(iii) Supply only Front housing and moving bridge kit and combination coil with timer suitable for ML-03 star delta automatic starter 1-100 sec, 115/240 volts AC supply all as directed. Make:- Seimens/BCH/L&T complete all as specified and directed.

(iv) Supply only Front housing and moving bridge kit and combination coil with timer suitable for ML-04 star delta automatic starter 1-100 sec, 115/240 volts AC supply all as directed. Makes:- Seimens/BCH/L&T.

Taking out and re-fixing in exiting step up after replacement of old burnt copper widing of stator unserviceable booster pump/fountain motor/ of capacity 1 HP to 3 HP dismantling the motor and taking out old burnt copper winding of stator with similar size of super enameled copper winding wire of make: HTP/Devidayal after providing 'E' class material including replacement of bushes, Name pad and varnishing and testing complete all as specified and direted.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm and 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI strip 25 x 4 mm by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. Testing and developing the bore well by means of Air compressor of 5000 PSI till sand free clear water discharge is obtained to achive maximum yield of suitable capacity for first 30 hours running complete all as specified and directed Notes:- (i) All equipments shall be arranged by contractor at his cost. (ii) All T & P provided by the contracter. (iii) All type cost are likley to be included in this job.

Supply,Laying, testing in replacement of UG cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross section area 95 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified. Note : Cable shall be replaced from LT Panel near transformer to LT panel inside the Pump House.
