Providing and laying cement concret 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) for sunken slab filling etc excluding the cost of centring and shuttering up to floor V level.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness .The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

STEEL WORK

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 1.60 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge:

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing M.S. fan clamp type I or II of 16 mm dia M.S. bar, bent to shape with hooked ends in R.C.C. slabs or beams during laying, including painting the exposed portion of loop, all as per standard design complete.

ROOFING

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Supplying of fancy wall mounted fan( 225 sweep)

Supplying of exhaust fan of 225 mm sweep in the existing opening with all other accessories.

ITC of Ligth fixtures and fan

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescentfitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete withallaccessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, includingconnections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copperconductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of wall bracket /ceiling fittings of all sizes and shapes containing upto two GLS/CFL/LED lamps per fitting, complete with all accessories includingconnections etc. as required.

Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing,commissioning etc.asrequired (Upto 450 mm sweep)

Extra for fixing the louvers/ shutters complete with frame for a exhaust fan of all sizes.

EARTHING

Earthing with Multi-mees compound earthing electrodes of G.I having thickness of 40-60 mm dia. and 2.5-3 metrs long with neccessary compound minimum of 2 bags including accessories , and providing masonary enclosure including reffiling of compuonded soil.

Supplying and laying 25mm x 5 mm coper strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. ( Joining shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & sping washer spaced at 50 mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

LIGHTNING CONDUCTORS

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25mm dia 300 mm long, G.I. tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick G.I. base plate including holes etc.complete as required.

Earthing with Multi-mees compound earthing electrodes of G.I having thickness of 80mm dia. and 3 metrs long with neccessary compound minimum of 2 bags including accessories , and providing masonary enclosure including reffiling of compuonded soil.

Supplying and laying 25mm x 5 mm coper strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. ( Joining shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & sping washer spaced at 50 mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections between lightning arrestor set and ground point etc. as required.

Supply of 6 SWG G.I. wire for binding PVC conduit.
