Erection of Double Pole on ST Pole 9 mtr for 11 KV cable hanging only as per Scheudule with all fitting as per RESSPO Erection of Double pole structure on 9mtr ST Pole Pole for 11 KV cable hanging only as per Scheudule including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast),back filling of earth ,proper ramming & fitting of all accessories (M.S. angle iron bracing with clamps 3 No, top channel with clamps, number plate,danger board with clamp, barbed wire ,Painting, packing piece etc. Provided by contracter as per Resspo) . The work includes carriage & handling of all materials from site store to pit site.

Erection of Double Pole ( from existing single rail pole to including ST Pole Double pole )for 11 KV for Installation of existing distribution T/F 400 KVA as per Scheudule with all fitting & accessories (M.S. angle iron bracing with clamps, top channel with clamps,11 KV Dropper,number plate, danger board with clamp, barbed wire ,nut bolt, Painting,10 Nos LT Clamp with schackle insulater with nut bolt, etc. Provided by contracter as per Resspo ) as per RESSPO.

Construction of 400 KVA T/F Plinth with suitable size as per RESSPO

Shifting loading and Carriage and re-installation of Existing 400 KVA T/F by crane after Dismentling of existing 11KV and LT connection properly in safe condition oF T/F From Existing place to Shifted Place as per schedule with all fitting ( Suitable size alluminium lug for LT Cable, copper Z clamp,special pipe earthing for T/F,iron jaali, as per RESSPO Provided by contracter )

Laying of LT Cable 1x240 mm2 for existing 400 KVA T/F as per Resspo

Laying of 11 KV 3x185 mm² ‘XLPE’ cable by open trench method (D/C) by digging pit & making trench in Proper size(1.1 M depth x1M wide) below ground level by fixing bricks(4½˝)on both side of trench wall and 9˝ brick work at the centre of the trench along the cable.Fixing brick slab on top after filling sand around both the cable including cost of bricks and sand.

Laying of 11 KV 3x185 mm² ‘XLPE’ cable(D/C) by HDD Machine as per site required.

Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable air after providing 4" dia M.S. Pipe 3 Mtrs long after mounting of 11 KV cable boxes at double pole of Cable.

Grouting of stay rods after providing stay clamp for ST Pole as per RESSPO (16 x 1800) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30) m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per drg including back filling, proper ramming etc. Fixing tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension .

Providing 11 KV Cable Route Marker & inserting in ground with proper grouting (Provided by Contractor & Cable Route Marker is made by stone Plate) .

Stringing of ACSR Dog For HT/LT Line in different places of line as per site required.

Installation of 11 KV CT/PT Unit on Double pole with complete fitting & connection as per RESSPO.

Installation of 11 KV PPMC Unit in meter room with complete fitting & connection as per RESSPO.

Dismentling charges of existing Single ( LT) ST Pole 7 mtr. Dameged and rusted Poles.

Dismentling charges of existing Single Rail Pole 9 mtr. Dameged and rusted Poles.

Dismentaling of old ACSR DOG conductor and rolling in pieces.

The work includes carriage & handling of all materials from site store to pit site.

Erection of Four Pole for 11 KV for 11 KV cable hanging only as per Scheudule with all fitting as per RESSPO including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast),back filling of earth ,proper ramming & fitting of all accessories (M.S. angle iron bracing with clamps 3 No, top channel with clamps, number plate,danger board with clamp, barbed wire ,Painting with red oxide and alluminum paint, nut bolt, packing piece,PG Clamp for Dog 18 Nos,Alluminium Lug 185 mm2 12 No, etc.materials Provided by contracter as per Resspo ) & stringing of Bus-bar on Four pole by ACSR Dog Conducter for cable jumpering. The work includes carriage & handling of all materials from site store to pit site.

Making Sectional T-off with clamp after providing 11KV Sectional T-off with clamp with complete work on existing single pole.
