Amount

1) EARTH WORK

1.1) Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

1.1.1) All kinds of soil

1.2) Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all lift.

2) CONCRETE WORK

2.1) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

2.1.1) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

3) STEEL WORK

3.1) Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

4) ROAD WORK

4.1) Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge

4.1.1) Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

5) NON SCHEDULE ITEM

5.1) Providing and fixing precast RCC Three seatrs bench with hand rest at location of kendriya bhandar park at IIT Delhi. Each bench consists of 2 Nos. l shape base support in grey Cement colour of size 80mmx450mmx890mm and base width 690 mm, 1 No. RCC plank in red colour of size 1500mmx 425mmx 50mm. seating length of the bench is 1500 mm seating height of the bench is 450mm and total height of the bench is 1000mm as per manufacture specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. complete in all respect.( Rate includes all taxes, GST installation charge and cartage etc.)

5.1.1) Precast RCC three seaters bench with hand rest.
