Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts and drains etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiselling/wedging out rocks( where blasting is prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D 2014 technical specification clause 305 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all leads and lifts including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in soil in Hilly Area by mechanical means/manual in all classification of soil or with rock breakers including breaking rock including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with in all leads and lifts as per Technical Specification MORD 2014 Clause 1603.1and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all unuseful material to required width of the road or on approved dumping sites as desired by Engineer-in-Charge through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its levelling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipements and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and or /labour if required. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per the direction of Engineer- in- charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts, including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankement with approved material obtained at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures, obtained from borrow pits graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 with any lead as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts. The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete for plain/reinforced cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand: eight graded crushed stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five millimetres) nominal size in open foundations complete as per drawing and MORD 2014 technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(one cement :five sand: ten graded stone aggregate 40mm(forty millimeter)nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work with MS plates plain concrete on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping bailing out water dewatering removal of slush or required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths in retaining wall /breast wall as per drawing and HP.PWD., technical specification direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive octori ,royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, or other taxes imposed by the Govrnment.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/ stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimeters) dia PVC pipe of make D-PLAST/POLY.having working pressure of 4.0 kg per square centimeter extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) (one vertical : twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD 2014 technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber ( earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil complete as per the direction of the Engineer- in- Charge and as per HPPWD specifications including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller 8 to 10 (Eight to ten) tonne capacity road roller to required gradient, Super elevation, camber and spreading then dry rolling including making good the undulation etc. with binding material i.e. moorum earth etcetera and re-rolling the subgrade completed as per HPPWD specification and directed by the Engineer- in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads , lifts and other incidental . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of gravel/soil aggergate sub base/base by providing well graded material of nominal maximum size grading 80mm as per table 2.3 of IRC SP 77-2008, Spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount appropriate grading arrangements on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC with tractor mount approriate rotavator attachment and compaction with three wheel 80-100 KN Static roller capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications contained in Para 2.2,3.6 and 3.7 of IRC SP 77-2008 including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and applying evenly a primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1)on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg (zero point eighty five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg.per sqm (Zero point two hundred seventy five kilogram) per square metre.on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification .clause 503 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimetre) thickness composed of 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimetre) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimetre size aggregate at the rate of 0.27 cum(zero point two seven cubic metre)mixed with penetration grade bitumen binder VG-10 at the rate of 14.6 kg. per ten square metre and laying with paver finisher to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 ( eighty to hundred )KN static road roller capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of either typeA or type B or type C mechanically as per . technical specifications clause No. 506 (Bitumen VG-30 ) as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels ,grade and cross fall using type B at the rate of 6.8 kg (six point eight kilogram)per ten square metre mixed with crushed sand defined as passing 2.36mm sieve at the rate 0.06 cum (zero deciman zero six cubic metre) per ten square metre as per technical specification clause 508 By mechanical means type B Bitumen (VG-30) as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rate includes sale tax octori, royality,malkhana ,toll tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government..
