Supplying and erecting Safety Scaffolding arrangement using Cup-lock system, having a standard width of 1.20m, provided for working platform in the peripheral area of the high rise building. The Safety Scaffolding arrangement shall be formed by using vertical hot rolled steel pipe of 40mm diameter with a thickness of 2.90 mm. The vertical pipe shall have a steel cup arrangement of 80mm diameter to hold the horizontal ledger pipe with top movable lock arrangement made up of Cast Iron. The above cup arrangement to hold the ledger pipe shall be welded to the vertical pipe at a distance of every 0.50m c/c. The horizontal ledger pipe with various lengths ranging from 0.90m to 2.0m may be used with a diameter of 40mm and with a thickness of 2.90mm made up of Hot rolled steel. The horizontal ledger pipe shall be provided at a vertical height of every 1m. Both the ends of the horizontal ledger pipe shall be welded with a steel plate of 100mm length and a width of 60mm at the center and 35mm at both the edges. The Whole arrangement shall be placed above the bottom base arrangement having fixed/ adjustable mechanism made with a base plate of size 150 mm x 150mm with a suitable thickness as required. The working platform Jally of suitable required size shall be fabricated using MS square pipes of size 25mm x 25mm. Necessary Clamps/ Clips with bolt and nut arrangement shall be provided to the working platform jally to hold it with the abovesaid scaffolding System. Necessary Stay arrangement for the above scaffolding system shall be made at Ground level and at every Floor level using Hot rolled steel pipes of diameter 40mm with clamps. The above stay arrangements shall be provided at every 6m in horizontal direction and at every 3.6m/ floor level in vertical direction. The cost includes material and fabrication charges of all materials, transportation, labour chareges for erection & dismantling of scaffolding, etc as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and delivery of Open well Submersible pump set conforming to IS 14220 /2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging the following duties due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. The pump suitable for installation in sump with 1.1KV grade 3 core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessary cable joints. The non-return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction. The pump should be directly coupled to 2880 RPM, three phase, 50 Hz (±5), 415V+6% & 415V-15% squirrel cage induction motor suitable for DOL upto 5 HP, Fully Automatic Air break Star Delta up to 20 HP and Auto Transformer starter for above 20 HP starting and for continuous operation.

Supply and delivery of Star-Delta starter confirming to IS 13947, IEC60947-1 and as amended thereafter with suitable KW rating for operation in AC/ Three Phase/50HZ (+/- 5%) and 415V (+/- 10%) including 3 pole magnetic contactor with under voltage release - 3 nos., CT operated Ammeter (65 mm dia) with suppressed scale, Voltmeter (65mm dia), Voltmeter selector switch, Miniature circuit breaker, Thermal Overload relay, Air Break contactors suitable for next Standard higher KW rating, Single phasing preventor, dry running preventor and On/Off Push button switches, wiring with 1 sq.mm/4 sq. mm copper pvc insulated cable, powder coated vermin proof box, including the capacitor (the cost of capacitor is to be taken separately).

Labour Charges for erection of Horizontal shaft, centrifugal pumpset (Coupled/ Monoblock) in bore well/Open well including fixing of suction pipe and foot valve upto a maximum depth of 7 metres and delivery pipes to the required length with valves, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPIC switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, Capacitor single phasing preventor and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules including providing bed blocks etc., complete and operating the pumps and trial run for 10 days including signing of completion of reports as required by EB authorities.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamal painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification

Earth work excavation for pipe line trench in all kinds of soil and sub soils to full depth as directed by the departmental officers except hard rock inclusive of shoring stirting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the pipe line trench.
