Providing and fixing Ist quality Ceramic glazed floor tiles confirming to IS 13753 of minimum thickness 10mm of approved make like Nitco, Orient, Somany, Kajaria, or equivalent make in all colours, of any size as approved by EIC for flooring over cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement, 4 Fine sand), 20mm thick including inter mediate filling of the tiles with matching pigment etc., as directed by Engineer in Charge, including cost of all materials, transportation charges to work site, labour charges forming & placing of cement mortar and laying tiles etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality Ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to IS 13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like Nitco, Orient, Somany, Kajaria, or equivalent make in all colours, of any size as approved by EIC for skirting, rises of steps and dados walls over 12 mm cm 1:3 and pointing with coloured cement including cost of all materials, labour charges forming & placing of cement mortar and laying tiles etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed acrylic plastic emulsion paint (extra) antifunges out side/inside of the building including one coat primer after rubbing with sand paper and cleaning the surface all labour charges, materials etc., complete.

Painting two coats with approved quality ready mixed paint synthetic enamal paint for hand rail and hand rail post, beam side etc., including cost of all labour charges, cost of all materials etc. complete.

Providing and fixing fully panelled Irul/ Karimaruthu door Single / double hung (without fan light) with 10 x 8 cm size frame and 4 cm thick shutters including cost of all materials, cost of labour, minor tools etc. complete.

Providing and fixing fully glazed windows double without fanlight made out of 10x8 cm frames and 4 cm thick framed shutters with 3 mm thick glass pans single hung made out of hard wood timber (karimaruthu/Irul) including cost of sawn timber, all fittings, glass pane, cost of all labour charges, cost of tools etc. complete.

Providing and fixing wash down water closet (European type WC) with integral 'P' or 'S' trap including jointing the trap with pipe in cement mortar 1:1 (one cement and one fine sand) and making good the same and connecting the EWC with the septic tank connect pipe, including cost of EWC and all connected materials, cost of all labour charges, minor tools and plants etc .complete.

Providing and fixing 12.5 ltrs low level flushing cistern with a pair of C.I or M.S. brackets complete with fittings such as lead valve 15mm nominal size ball valve with polythene float, unions and couplings for connection with inlet, outlet and over flow pipes, 40 mm dia porcelain enameled fush bend including cuttings holes in walls where ever necessary and making good the same and connecting the flush bend with cistern and closet, including cost of flushing cicstern and all connected materials, cost of all labour charges , minor tools and plants etc .complete.

Cleaning filled septic tank by removing the discharge and disposing the same as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges, tools etc. complete.
