Notes:- (i) 100 percent nonperishable items of the work shall be deposited by the L1 bidder within 30 days after placing of work order. (ii) The critical path network shall be submitted by L1 bidder immediately after the acceptance of tender and approved by GE. (iii) The bidders must ensure to visit the site, check relevant documents and makes of materials required to be incorporated under the subject from concern Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Material obtained from demolition/dismantled and the serviceable material (other than reused in the work) shall be the property of the Govt and shall be removed and deposited in the MES Store Yard without any extra cost to Govt. (v) In case of non-availability of any make mentioned under list of Makes, the L1 Bidder shall obtain non-availability / non-manufacturing certificate from the concern OEM / authorised dealers and submitted to Accepting Officer, the L1 bidder may be incorporated Group-I category makes as approved by HQ CE SWC Jaipur / HQ CE BTZ in the works after prior approval of Accepting Officer. (vi) L1 Bidder shall produce E-way bill alongwith test certificate from OEM / manufacturer for costly items / major items of amount above Rs 50,000/- along with RAR’s and Final Bill. (vii) L1 Bidder shall be maintained an album containing Photos of all the material brought at site and each stage wise work progress and kept at site. Same shall be deposited in Engineer-in-Charge office after completion of work. (viii) The cost of all the above provisions shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of bidder, nothing extra shall be paid to the bidder.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 30mm thick flush shutter solid core construction with block board core & ply wood face panels, commercial type on both faces including decorative laminate 0.9mm thick type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved fixed with approved adhesive on both sides and including necessary fitting like 200 mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section (ISI marked) (02 Nos in each shutter), 250mm long aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolts with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminium alloy (ISI marked)(01 No in each shutter), 150mm long extruded aluminium handles, anodised, fabricated type (ISI marked) (02 No in each shutter), floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring overall length of cover plate 140mm (ISI marked), Mild Steel 300mm, ordinary rat tail rod patttern springs including roller & roller plate fixed to wooden frame or welded to steel frame making suitable cut out in wall and making good in CM 1:4 (01 No in each shutter) and 100mm size B-21 butt hinges of extruded aluminium alloy (02 Nos in each shutter) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rate of all required fitting are included in this item, Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws and including necessary tower bolts 150mm (02 Nos in each shutter), Aluminium handle 150mm long (02 Nos in each shutter all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 18mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be lamintated with PVC foil of minimum 14 micron thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel piano hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws and including necessary ss Paino hinge and magnetic catcher and ss handle 150mm for each shutter all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 85 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F 12mm thick thoughned glass door as in door leaf area not exc 4 sqm with approved etching, a set of stainless steel 304 handle 300mm, stainless steel 304 heavy duty locking arrangement for glass door, ss cylinder floor sprint set, bottom and top patch with pivots complete for functioning of a hydraulic glass door complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F as in repair PVC solid wall lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification and as shown in relevant drawing of item 08113 to 08115 on Page No 162 of MES Sch Part -II (2010) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Sintex / Rajshree or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'A' here-in-after.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F as in repairs stainless steel drapery rod of 20 mm inner dia (in lengths as directed) with & including decorative finial at both ends and pair of stainless steel brackets fixed at both ends with PVC rawl plug & steel screws on walls/beam, all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, cooler stand 12mm sq guard bar, framework of water tanks and similar works of quality Fe 290 (Gde E-165) etc and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including dismantling structural steel work including door, gates, framed work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing /grill made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F as in repair steel rolling shutters (Thickness of laths 1.25mm) with ball bearing, including mild steel high tension spring of required length,mild steel tubes of 32mm to 50mm dia,cleat,anchoring rod, hasp,staple,stays and one shop coat of primer; erected in position complete including top cover as directed with gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle with safety lever lock (02 Nos in each shutter) and ball bearing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pressed steel frames for door of size 105x60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame, chowkats, hold fast blocks and other similar items etc, applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pressed steel frames for door of size 125x60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame, chowkats, hold fast blocks and other similar items etc, applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium frames powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not less than 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc and as per the speicification the top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent walls shall be fixed with floor, ceiling walls and cills where required and fixing with the help of rawal plug and screw or with fixing clip or with expansion hold plate fastners including making arrangement to fix guard bars and PVC sleeves for guard bars. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium doors shutters powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not less than 50 micron) sliding / openable having aluminium sections weighting 0.55 Kg/RM including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, 100mm size, 4 levers brass mortice lock vertical type (01 No), hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading, aluminium (die cast) body door closer hydraulically regulated , designation No 3 universal type, suitable for door shutter 851 to 1000mm in width, aluminium anodised snap beading screws including 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rates for wire mesh and glass deemed included in above rate.

S&F anodized aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws rubber neoprene packing including anodised aluminium fitting such as peg stay 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B21 100mm size (2 Nos), suitable handle (1No) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F anodised aluminium window / ventilators shutters powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not less than 50 micron) side hung type, without sash bars having aluminium sections weighting 0.55 Kg/RM including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, rubber neoprene packing including anodised aluminium fitting such as peg stay 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B21 100mm size (2 Nos), suitable handle (1No) including galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rates for wire mesh and glass deemed included in above rate.

M&L for 10mm thick vitrified ceramic light shade, double charge (as approved) coloured tiles (square / rectangular), polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) including demolition existing tiling with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 10mm thick vitrified ceramic light shade, double charge (as approved) coloured tiles (square / rectangular), polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm as on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) including demolition existing tiling with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 18-20mm thick marble (of approved type and colour) work (table rubbed and polished) on steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with approved shade of marble including cutting and moulding the edges half round on exposed side over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including dismantling of stone slab complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faced brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement and preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faced brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement and preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of appropirate primer over and including 2mm thick layer of wall putty (Make J K or Birla) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and new 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls/concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and new 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on brick or concrete surface of ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement including Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered surfaces like lime, distemper, plastic paint, cement base paint including scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorscent salts, trading oil, greasy spots using mechanical grinding machine and washing of old surface with water of wall, preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) over a coat of appropirate primer over and including 2mm thick layer of ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surfaces smooth and ready for receiving painting complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each (includig fitting and fixtures) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down and refixing door shutters of any description having area exc 1.00 sqm but not exc 2.00 sqm, each in the same opening complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Labour for taking down of shutter included in this item, nothing shall be paid extra.
