SSR II-13122C: Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

PAINTING

SSR II-17046: Preparing new zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning, etc.

SSR II-15014A: Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

HORTICULTURE & PLANTATION

HOR DSR-2.2: Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

HOR DSR-2.5: Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.

HOR DSR-2.6: Uprooting weeds from the trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegetation.

HOR DSR-2.7: Fine dressing of the ground

HOR DSR-2.8: Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

HOR DSR-2.16: Providing and fixing M.S. flat iron tree guard 60 cm dia and 2 m high, above ground consisting 4 nos 25 x 6 mm, 2.25 m long and 8 nos 25 x 3 mm 2 m long verticals M.S. flats, riveted to 3 nos 25 x 6 mm M.S. flat iron rings in two halves, fixing together at site with required six numbers of 8 mm dia and 30 mm long bolts, including painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture over a coat of primer. One name plate of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet of size 250x100 mm shall be welded to the tree guard near the middle height and lettered CPWD / PWD/ any other approved name. The tree guard shall be suitably fixed to the ground by embedding four legs of tree guard in pits of suitable dia and to a depth of 25 cm, refilling the pits with soil and ramming, complete in all respect as per satisfaction and direction of Officer-in-charge.

HOR DSR-7.70: Providing and stacking of Plumeria alba of height 165-180 cm. with 3-4 branches and thick stem in big size HDPE bags as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

HOR DSR-8.53: Providing and stacking of Nerium oleander variegated of height 60-75 cm., multibranched in earthen pots of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge

HOR DSR-8.74: Providing and stacking of Thevetia nerifolia of height 60-75 cm. with 5-6 branches in poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

HOR DSR-5.24: Providing and Displaying Ficus Retusa topiary well developed with fresh & healthy 5 to 6 big ball specific size and shape 180 to 210cm ht in 40 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

HOR DSR-5.32: Providing and Displaying Furcaria Variegated hybrid well developed with fresh & healthy foliage 20 and above attractive leaves in 35 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

HOR DSR-2.40: Complete maintenance of the entire garden features having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, herbs, edge, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & lawn mover and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of officer in charge HOR DSR-2.40.5:Play grounds / Public parks (1Mali for 2.00Acre).
