Plain cement concrete Using 1:4:8 mix ( One cement , four Sand and Eight aggregates) using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying,consolidating and curing etc complete as per the standard specifications. TNDSS NO: 28 V, VI (S2) V,VI (S5A) VII

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m height for plain surface as RCC slabs, rectangular tee (or) elbeams, lintel, bed block stair case waist slab, landing slab, etc., complete as per standard specification - 10m2 as per TNDSS & Morth specification No:30 & 36 (Plain surface)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 Mix (one cement, three Sand and six aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications..

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of mild steel or TMT rods, including cost of steel and binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete as per SS.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 (one cementone and half sand and three aggregates) using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost conveyance of materials to site and labour chargesetc., but excluding cost of steel etc., complete as per standard specification as per TNDSS NO: 30 V,VI (S3) VII-3

Supply and fixing of RCC ring

Supply and delivery of Steel ladder inc;uding all labour charges etc., complete.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement, Four sand) using 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc, complete as per standard specification. [MoRTH Specification: Clause: 1000/1300]

Painting two coats over new iron work with ready mixed paint of approved qyality and colour including cost of all materials and labour charges etc complete as per Ss

Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of ready mixed synthetic enamal paint ove one coat of ready mixed primer of approved qyality etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint S.I.358 Plastic emulison paint of'approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required including cost and conveyance of all materials etc.and all lobour charges etc.complete as per Standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Paving the floor with Plain/Design Ceramic tiles (Colour and shade as directed) of Stain Free Nano Polish Citrified Tiles os size 600 x 600 x 8mm in all floors over a base loayer of cm 1:3 mix 20mm thick laid in situ and pointed with same coloured cement (while cement mixed with colouring pigment) neatly and fixed in posiotion so as to make it perfectly smooth and shining, to the alignment etc., cmoplete complying with standared specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The sample colour and shade of the ceramic tiles should be got approved from the departmental officers before use in the works

Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. the over all size of top rail. Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. the over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm, with suitable rabate for housing the shutter
