SPECIAL REPAIRS REPLACEMENT OF OLD WORNOUT LT PANELS, MCBs, CABLES AT TANAJI, CABS, NOFRA, NSB, TDC UNDER GE (NW) MANKHURD.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made LT Panel board floor Mounted Type (CPRI approved manufacturers as per enlisted make only) cubical type, outdoor type, Confirming to IS 8623 Part 1-1993 fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet of suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, MCCB and TPN Copper bus bars etc. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator of size not less than 50 x 50 mm conical type at an interval of not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar . The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders and to be connected with Copper lugs, with seven tank process, including powder coated with two coats of synthetic enameled paint on the surface externally & internally after duly surface preparation including necessary PCC (1 : 3 : 6) type C2 as in foundation. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links /interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves. A detachable predrilled gland plateof thickness not less than 3 mm thick powder coated shall be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front openable, lockable /openable by key from both sides. The panel shall be Dust, vermin proof and powder coated of approved thickness complete including CTs and PTs and consisting of the following:

a) Electrolyte Copper bus bar of 200 Amp for RYB&N b) MCCB TPN 125 Amp, 25 KA, 415 Volt - 01 No. c) MCB SPN 63 Amps, 10 KA, 415 Volts - 13 Nos. d) MCCB 4P 100 Amps, 16 KA, 415 Volts - 04 Nos. d) Auto Manual Selector Switch with wiring - 02 No e) Voltmeter and ammeter- 01 No f) RYB Indicators - 1 Set g) Space for fixing of single phase electronic meter with incl new meters - 13 Nos.(spdc porta cabin 1 & 2) Notes:(ii) The layout drawing of the panel, its fittings/components and the specifications shall be got approved by the contractor from the GE before panel fabrication and shall be of make mentioned in Appendix 'A' or any other manufacturer having CPRI approved certificate.
