Earth work excavation for foundation in hard gavelly soil, stiff black cotton soil, murram, gravel, stoney,earth and earth mixed with small size boulders with hard gravelly soil including initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2 m etc., complete.

Earth work excavation and deposting on bank with initial lead of 10 metre and initial lift of 2 metre in medium rock and dense medium rock not requiring blasting including all leads, lifts, etc., complete for foundation.

Earth work excavation for foundation in hard rock by wedging, chisseling and trimming to proper shape where blasting is prohibited including all leads, lifts, etc., complete.

PCC 1 : 3 : 6 using 20mm metal without form work including cost of all materials, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

Transporting of template and stubs, cleats for KCR tower and assembling at site and shifting the template from loc to loc including cost of all materials, labour for fabrication, galvanising etc., lead, lift, etc., complete.(stub & cleat will be supplied by TANTRANSCO at department stores)

PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm metal (machine crushed) with form work for Frustum concrete including cost of all materials, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete including cost of frustum box etc. (for Frustum)

PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm metal metal (machine crushed) with Chimney form work for tower chimney concrete including cost of all materials, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete including cost of chimney box etc. (For Chimney)

Providing pipe type earthing including necessary excavation for fixing 3m long 40mm dia GI "B" class pipe and refilling with excavated earth mixed with salt charcoal and connecting the earthstrip with the leg of the stub including all cost of all materials, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Refilling with the excavated earth other than sand including watering consolidation in 150mm layers and forming platform with excess earth in the leg of the tower etc complete.

Transporting of excess earth excavated and disposing them with in a lorry lead of 5 KM including all lead, lift, labour chrges, etc., complete.

Plastering the concrete surface in CM 1:3, 12mm thick including cost of all materils, lead, lift, curing, labour charges, etc., complete.

Transporting & Erection of Tower Parts including Sorting out at stores and site rectification of defects in tower parts if any at the time of erection of Tower Parts at Site, tightening, Punching of Bolt and nuts including transporting charges, Cost of T&P'S, all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete. (Including Bolt & Nuts )

Tack welding ( Three Tacks )of all bolts and nuts in the erected towers from ground level to the cross arm bottom level in the tower including painting of bolts and nuts with two coats of best quality of cold galvanised paint having atleast 90% zinc content and approved by the Engineer at site including cost of paint and all other materials hire charges for diesel generator and welding transformer all labour, transport charges, etc., complete.

Dewatering charges including rent of Pump rent of Generator, labour lead lift etc complete as per Standard Specification.

Painting with anti corrosive black paint, two coats on the tower legs upto 1 mtr height from chimney coping including cost of all materials, lead, lift, etc., complete.
