REPAIR / MAINT / IMPROVEMENT OF POWER TRANSFORMER OF 33 KV INCOMING AND OUTGOING FEEDER OF MAIN RECEIVING STATION, CALIBRATION OF RELAY PANELS, DEHYDRATION OF TRANSFORMER OIL OF 3.15 KV TRANSFORMER AND OTHER RELATED WORKS IN ARTY CENTRE AND AOP AREA

M & L for taking down the transformer outdoor/indoor/ of any make and any capacity size from its base plinth/pole/substation after disconnecting incomming and outgoing HT/LT connnection, earthing and carefully removing the transformer from pole/ structure/ plinth/substation with arrnagement of mobile crane, transporting the transfomer from substaions to workshop for necessary maintenance/ repair.

M& L for dismentaling & re-assembling carefully electrical connection from HT/LT sides of the transformer keeping them at safe side and taking out the transformer core for carrying out complete overhauling which shall complete of the following :- (a) Opening top cover of the transformer by unscrewing nuts, bolts,washers etc including disconnecting core assy from HT/LT bushing and lifting the same gently and taking out from the shell (container/body) of the transformer. (b) M&L for draining out transformer oil from the above said transformer in the suitable capacity of container/drums and keeping it in safe custody for reuse. (c) M&L for cleaning of the transformer body from inside, removing deposited dirt/sludge/foreign particles etc from the bottom/body of the transformer and drying/heating up the shell from inside before refilling of the transformer oil. (d) Cleaning/washing through core and windings of the transformer by hosing down with clean dry oil conforming IS 335/983,removing deposited dirt sludge/foreign particles from the windings/core and revarnishing of the windings with super varnish including heating/drying/packing complete carefully and throughly inside the heating chamber at suitable temperature to obtained required value of insulation resistance etc all as per IS and directed by Engr-in-charge

Item No 2 Contd.........(e) Lifting and refixing core assy inside the transformer shell gently and carefully,connecting of HT/LT/Neutral connections to the bushings assy,fixing of the tap change over incl tightenting of nut,bolts,washers of the core to reduce humming noise all as directed. (f) Refilling the transformer oil in the shell of transformer only after carrying out filteration by heating upto oil 105 degree certigrade to active reqd dielectric strength and submitting the test result before and after filteration of oil in presence of Engr-In-Charge on proper performa duly signed. (g) Refixing the top cover incl tightenting of nut bolt,washers etc all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- (i) Any damage to insulator/bushes/windings etc while in the custody of the contractor shall be made good at no extra cost to govt.The serviceability of the transformer shall be checked and confirmed by the contractor before taking into his custody (ii) The job taken for repair/overhauling should be complete with in 48 hours from the date of handing over the individual transformer, for that period contractor will make arrnagement for transformer of same capacity for temporary installation at site for smooth functioning without hindrance during the maintenance of the transformer to be carried at no extra cost. (iii) Rewinding of HV/LV coil & re-insulation of winding of HV/LV coil will be paid seperately under relavant item of sch.

Item No 2 Contd.......(iv) Filtration of old T/F oil will be measured under relevant item of this schedule (v) If of old transformer oil found not in reusable condition by Engr-In-Charge after testing , new transformer oil will be filled which will be paid seperately under relavant item of sch. (vi) Any new item incorporated while carrying out repair will be paid seperately under relavant item of sch. (vii) After Repairing transformer testing will be carried out as per IE rules infront of Engr-In-Charge & all testing report will be submitted by contractor duly signed by Engr-In- Charge and Contractor.

Dehydration of tranformer oil, obtained from transformers /voltage stabilizer/OCBs etc. Dielctric strength shall not be less than 40 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode after dehydration. Dehydration of transformer shall be carried out by using electrically operated dehydration machine and topping up/ replacement of unserviceable transformer oil complete all as directed. Note :- Filteration of transformer oil shall be off loaded position of transformer.

Supply and filling transformer oil of approved quality ISI marked for filling in transformer for topping up/ replacement of transformer oil all as directed by Engr-in-Charge( MAKE: POWER/CASTROL/SERVO) NOTE: I) Dielectric strength of transformer oil not less than 60 KV with two mm gap. II) New Transformer oil shall be filled after filtration only.III) Oil shall be supplied in sealed barrels.

M & L for transporting the repaired transformer from the factory/ workshop to the site with the help of crane and transportation and installing testing and commissioning complete on full load all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surfaces of Transformer /OCB/ Panel Board for applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour by spray painting, writing of MES/SM Nos all as directed by Engr-In-Chage

M & Labour for removing the HV coil from core carefully & re-insulation of HV coil with same class of insulation all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge .

M & Labour for removing the LV coil from core carefully & re-insulation of LV coil with same class of insulation all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge .

M&L for rewinding of HV coil with new material of same gauge & same class of material of existing coil with similar class of existing insulation all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge for transformer.

M&L for rewinding of LV coil with new material of same gauge & same class of material of existing coil with similar class of existing insulation all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge for transformer.

M & L for replacement of unserviceable/ leaked gasket cork sheet of top cover of the transformer body of HV & LV ,oil rubber bushing irrespective of types and fix new gasket coek sheet etc all as directed.

M&L for replacement of CRGO Core with new material of same gauge & same class of material of existing CRGO Core all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge for transformer.

M& L for replacement of unserviceable HV pocelain bushing 12 KV with top caps (Brass) complete with at site/workshop etc for the transformer including taking out existing bushings, drain out transformer oil etc and refilling the same.

M& L for replacement of unserviceable HV Bushing terminal rod with washer of brass of suitable dia & length for transformer terminal with BRASS nut and bolts and washers 8 nos complete with oil seal, gaskets, ring washer etc for the transformers including taking out existing bushings complete allas directed at site

M& L for replacement of unserviceable LV Bushing terminal rod with washer of brass of suitable dia & length for transformer terminal with BRASS nut and bolts and washers 8 nos complete with oil seal, gaskets, ring washer etc for the transformers including taking out existing bushings complete allas directed at site

M & L for replacement of tap changer assembly and replacement of worn out nuts and bolts and providing new copper lead for tap changer assembly for transformer of any capacity all as diected by Engr-In- Charge

M & L for replacement of old oil level indicator glass for transformer of any capacity all as diected by Engr-In- Charge

M & L for maintainance of 11 kv VCB's of Make M/s Vibha Corporation of different capacities ( ABB) 3 Nos viz MAIN INCOMMER, NRC FEEDER & MAP FEEDER and 11 KV PT Trolly maintenance of ratio 11000/Root3/110 root 3, HSV 12 KV comprising the following:-(a) Calebration & Testing of over current & Earth fault relay by primary & secondary ejection methods.(b) Insulating of VCB track, greasing of wheel and checking for few movement for closing and withdrawing of VCB track. (c) Cleaning/wiping the insulating components, primary & secondary circuits i.e green spots, carbon deposite completely.(d) Testing of primary & secondary circuit with 1000 Volts megger for insulation resistance.(e) Flash testing of secondary circuit at 2000Volts for one minute after disconnecting the instruments from the panel.(f) Testing, sychronisation/calibration of meters and relays.(g) Cleaning/wiping of busbar, phase barriers, Busbar support and sleeves.(h) Writing of MES/SM Nos on Panel all as directed by Engr-In-ChageNote :- Complete Job for 2 Nos VCB as above described will be done only by M/s Vibha Corporation Service Department qualified engineer and staff only . No other agency will be entertained. Labour for disconnecting carefully electrical connection from 33 KV HT sides of the potential transformer outdoor type of capacity 33 KV mounted on steel structure at 33 KV substation, keeping the disconnected connections at safe side and taking out the potential transformer having following details to carrying out which shall complete of the following ratio :-(i) Primary side (KV) = 33/1.732 (ii) Secondary side (V) = 110/1.732 complete all as per Engr-in-Charge.

Material, repair and labour for lifting , transporting handling the 33 KV potential transformer to workshop and opening top cover of the potential transformer by dismantling the slud, unscrewing nuts, bolts, washers etc including disconnecting core assy from HT bushing and lifting the same gently and taking out from the shell (container/body) of the potential transformer complete all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material, Repairs and labour for draining out burnt oil from the 33 KV potential transformer.

Material, repair and labour for cleaning of the 33 KV potential transformer body from inside, removing deposited dirt/sludge/foreign particles etc from the bottom/body of the potential transformer and drying/heating up the shell from inside before refilling the new transformer oil of ISI grade complete all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material, repair and labour for copper winding of coil with same gauge , same no of turns and same material with similar class of existing insulation as per manufacturers specifications and gently refixing the coil in body of 33 KV potential transformer /Current Transformer.

Material, supply and refilling oil of approved quality ISI marked for filling 33 KV potential transformer/Current Transformer.

Material, repair and labour for the top cover incl replacement of cork sheet,/gasket, tightening of nut bolt, washers etc for 33 KV potential transformer.

Supply and labour for new HT pocelain bushing with studs complete with oil seal, gaskets, ring washer at workshop for 33 KV potential transformer.

Repair and labour for Lifting/shifting to the place from where removed and re-installing the potential transformer including connecting HT/Earthing connecting including Testing and filling and commissioning of 33 KV PT etc.

Repair and Labour for disconnecting carefully electrical connection from 33 KV HT sides of the current transformer outdoor type of capacity 33 KV mounted on steel structure at 33 KV substation, keeping the disconnected connections at safe side and taking out the current transformer .

Supply, install erect in trench vertical position steel tubular seweaged welded poles complete with MS base plate of 6mm thick of size 450mm x 450mm finial taper plug pole cap, bolts, nut and screwed, pole made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS 2713 Part II of 11 mtr long 410 SP-31 including drilling of holes of required size and nos for fixing of cross arms bracing support/ taking out of cables etc, with inbuilt junction box for 3 phase 4 wire AC supply and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint for exposed surface and two coat of black bituminious paint for the portion embeded in concerete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

S& F XLPE insulated armoured and pvc sheated heavy duty electric cable size of following sizes aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade as per IS 7098 (Part-1) 1988 with latest amendment laid in tranches passing through pipes /ducts including testing complete note- rate is inclusive of cable gland & cable lugs

Excavation in trenches for laying of cables ,poles and stay in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep and getting out.

Material and labour for Doubled walled Corrugated DWC HDPE pipe of outer dia 90mm and inner dia 78mm including 80 degree bends with coupler and rubber ring laid in trenches of size 90mm dia suitable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning & filling in, including spreading and leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exe 1.5mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L Disconnecting the defective Servo voltage stabilizer from the main circuit, removing all incoming/outgoing control cable, earthing complete, tking out the stabilizer from the Sub station room , loading/unloading the stabilizer with mobile crane into the truck at site and at workshop , transporting to and from work shop to shop for and after repair work as under all as specified and directed .
