Islampur Industrial Area: Operation & Maintenance of Jackwell, WTP& Booster site at Islampur including day to day maintenance of pumping stations, sub-stations, water supply scheme and electrical installations at Jackwell, WTP& Booster, cleaning the premises etc. by engaging 5 pump operators & 4 helpers in shifts per day including maintenance & repairs to water distribution pipe line in Islampur Industrial Area as per instructions by Engineer-in-charge from time to time.

Islampur Industrial Area: Operation & Maintenance of Jackwell, WTP& Booster site at Islampur including maintenance of pumping stations, sub-stations, water supply scheme and electrical installations at Jackwell, WTP& Booster by engaging 1/2 Elctrician in Islampur Industrial Area as per instructions by Engineer-in-charge from time to time.

Jath Industrial Area: Keeping watch & ward in industrial area including distribution of water bills & collecting of water bill amount from consumers and remitting at Sangli office, collecting monthly MSEDCL bills, street light network, open spaces to avoid murum theft etc. as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Kavathe Mahankal Industrial Area: Keeping watch & ward in industrial area including distribution of water bills & collecting of water bill amount from consumers and remitting at Sangli office, collecting monthly MSEDCL bills, street light network, open spaces to avoid murum theft etc. as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CFC building at Sangli-Miraj Industrial Area: Providing Housekeeping of CFC building at Miraj Block for 12 months period including cleaning all suites, cleaning the internal area of all rooms, main entrance, gallery, staircase, terrace and all common area, internal road, garden, grass cutting in garden lawn and its maintaining with all required material, tools, machinery etc. Keeping the suites ready for use. Changing the bed sheets, curtains peridically or whenever necessary. Keeping toilet block of CFC building clean and neat. Keeping the records and registers of guest house visitors upto date including monitoring the maintenance work and reporting to Engineer-in-Charge daily. (Rates excluding GST)
