SCHEDULE `A' PART-VII MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS OF WORK (Note for items 7 to 27 The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

EXCAVATION AND EARTHWORK

Excavation (Demolition) for cutting/ demolition of as in bituminous road in ordinary rock complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation over areas by mechnical means (Hydraulic excavator) in any type of soil (exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out, depth not exceeding 1.5m complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation over areas by mechnical means (Hydraulic excavator) in soft/disintegrated rock (exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out, depth not exceeding 1.5m complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation over areas by mechnical means (Hydraulic excavator) in any type of soil (exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out, depth exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3m complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation over areas by mechnical means (Hydraulic excavator) in soft/disintegrated rock (exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out, depth exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3m complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation over areas by mechnical means (Hydraulic excavator) in soft/disintegrated rock (exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out, depth exceeding 3m and not exceeding 4.5m complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material like any type of soil from MoD/defence land to out side civil area lead to any distance complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The contractor shall obtain himself necessary permission from civil /state govt authority for location of disposal of soil. No any extra payement shall be paid to contractor on this account. (ii) The excavated material shall be removed from MoD / A-1 defence land to out side civil area.

Note: (i) The contractor shall obtain himself necessary permission from civil/state govt authority for location of disposal of soil. No any extra payement shall be paid to contractor on this account. (ii) The excavated material shall be removed from MoD / A-1 defence land to out side civil area.

ROAD/PATH/CULVERT

Supply and fix reinforced concrete pipes of 800mm dia, class NP4 laid and jointed complete with collar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix reinforced concrete pipes of 1000mm dia, class NP4 laid and jointed complete with collar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix reinforced concrete pipes of 1400mm dia, class NP4 laid and jointed complete with collar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix reinforced concrete pipes of 1600mm dia, class NP4 laid and jointed complete with collar complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10cm wide with road marking paint white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Drilling of 500mm dia horizontal borehole for watermain pipeline crossing under the road in any strata with required length including fixing of 400mm dia MS casing pipe pushing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

AREA DRAINAGE

Material and labour for providing 60mm thick plain cement concrete M-15 using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid over 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in drain including necessary form work, finishing the top of bedding even and smooth with using extra cement and forming fair finished channel complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 60mm thick plain cement concrete M-15 using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid as in in drain including necessary form work, finishing the top of bedding even and smooth with using extra cement and forming fair finished channel complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The PCC lining shall be carried out to meet the requirement as per IS 3873 1993. (ii) Before laying of PCC lining the bottom soil subgrade shall be well compacted using suitable compactors to achieve minimum dry bulk density not less than 90 percent and subgrade shall be well consolidated and watered. (iii) The thckness and area of PCC shall be carried out as per drawing. (iv) The unit rate quoted shall include above mentioned activities.

Supply and fix 2 X 20000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks hoisted and fixed in position on and including the platform for HDPE Tank as shown in drawing no. CEAG/UTR/ST/106/2022 sheet no. 1/1 dated 13/07/2022 complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and IS code. Note: i) Sample of water tank like type of tank design shall be approved by GE/Engineer-in-charge. ii) Platform shall be constructed as per drawing. No any extra payment shall be paid to contractor on this account.

Supply and fix 110mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed,in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven pumpset to deliver 1500 MCM flow rate at 20 MWC head, horizontal split casing two stage single suction pump split casing pump of cast iron body and stainless steel impeller with staineless steel shaft, mechanical seal etc. confirming to IS 12469:2019 and suitable for automatic operation and consisting of following complete with accessories as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Kirloskar (SCT 300/34 Pump & 3R1040 Diesel Enginer) or equivalent of Crompton Greaves, Cummins Mahindra.

(i) 38HP, 1500 RPM inline vertical liquid cooled diesel engine, Anti clock wise rotation conforming to IS 10002/BS 5514/ISO 3046, complete with 12/24 V electric starting equipment, diesel tank, exhaust pipe extended upto 10m outside pump house duly insulated with 50mm thick galss wool with 1.0 mm thick aluminium sheet cladding, residential silencer, instruments and protection as per standard specification. Twin bowl fuel filter, with alternate arrangement by battery charging. Automatic engine shut down arrangement in case of low fuel pressure, high cylinder head temperature failure if belt engine over speed with post office red colour etc as required. (ii) MS fabricated common base-plate, coupling guard foundation bolts etc complete with accessories as required. (iii) Suitable cement concrete foundation duly plastered with anti vibration pads. Notes : (i) Necessary civil work viz foundation for placement of pump and pump accessories shall be covered in the scope of work. (ii) All pumps are to be installed with following working arrangements:- (a) For pond-I- 3 working + 1 standby (b) For pond-II- 1 working + 1 standby (c) For pond Dhiman area - 1 working + 1 standby

(i) Horizontal split casing two stage single suction pump horizontal split-casing pump of cast iron body & stainless steel impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal etc conforming to IS 12469 2019, suitable to deliver 50 MCH flowrate at 6MCW head. (ii) 3HP, 2600 RPM inline vertical liquid cooled diesel engine, Anti clock wise rotation conforming to IS 10002/BS 5514/ISO 3046, complete with 12/24 V electric starting equipment, diesel tank, exhaust pipe extended upto 10m outside pump house duly insulated with 50mm thick galss wool with 1.0 mm thick aluminium sheet cladding, residential silencer, instruments and protection as per standard specification.

Supply and fix ductile iron pipe K9 class with flanged ends in any length laid in trenches complete with accessories of following sizes complete as specified and directed :-

Supply and fix DI specials such as bends, tees, collars, tail pieces, straight/angle connecting pieces any type (flanged ends, socketed ends or flanged/socketed ends) complete suitable for CI/DI mains of size upto 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay MS pipe of 450mm NB heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to wall and ceilings etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of CI sluice valve of 450mm bore with driled valve and drilled flanged ends, stainless steel spindle with gun metal working parts with hand wheel pressure type PN 1.6 including disconnection and removing the unserviceable sluice valves from the existing pipe line/valve chamber for the following sizes complete all as specified and directed.
