Sch "A' Part-I B/R work:- Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets

S&F 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination and fixed with nails to timber frame work as in walls complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for plain fillets of First class soft wood (KAIL), sectional area n. exc. 6 Sqcm moulding as in cornices, picture rails and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantling as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in any position as in unframed work

M&L for Plain fillets of second class soft wood, sectional area exceeding 13 Sqcm but not exceeding 25 Sqcm in square, rectangular or traingular in section, clean sawn secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair for 25 mm dia mild steel (PVC coated decorative fancy type) curtain rod including brackets to hold rod in position ABS finials of approval quality etc including curtain rod knob both ends, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63mm thick, galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with self tapping screw or L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts and washers as in roofs, walls etc, with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item no. 9.00 here-in-before but except sheeting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 0.63mm thick, galvanised, plain mild steel sheeting in ridge, hips, valley gutters, drips andd straight flashings (length and girth as fixed)with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of old painted steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer over 10 cm width/girth including filling with filler where reqd complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel over a coat of red oxide primer over 10 cm width/girth including filling with filler where reqd complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sch 'A' Part-II E/M Portion:- Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring light, fan socket or power complete fitting such as switches, ceiling rose, fan regulator, socket including light fitting etc complete with MS conduit all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping accessories lain on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board for housing like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc for One light point/one fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 15 here-in-before but for One 3 pin 5 amps socket outlet independent board with cables 1.5 sqmm size.
